Amazing room and friendly guest services. Location is a bit further out but with the tram to Excalibur it isn't too much of an issue.

The reminder sign in the room informs that the food and water in the refrigerator are chargeable. In fact, the water and coffee on the bar counter outside the refrigerator are also chargeable, which can easily mislead customers. The hotel reception informed that the front desk does not provide ice cubes, and the refrigerator in the room cannot be used privately either, there will be an additional charge if you use it. Anyway, the service of this hotel is not good.

Unfortunately our room was dirty (used towels in closet) but thankfully the hotel staff made up for it by upgrading us to a larger room.

We got upgraded to a suite, while we did enjoy it, we found lots of surfaces and not wiped. The location of the hotel is not great with going to other places. Price for money is reasonable.
