Always first look for nice (staff) Second, clean the place where you will stay. Thirdly, the location of the place. In fact, after my experience and stay in the big ben apartment , I can only highly recommend visiting it. Staying in it was a more than wonderful and beautiful experience, and the hot tub makes you feel deeply comfortable. Overall the experience was amazing

We booked lutine for our wedding anniversary. The room was cute with a large TV and funky outside area with a large bath, however the room opposite had their music playing so loud. We spoke with reception and they said they would ask them to turn it down, however we were offered an upgrade to santa Maria a 2 bed apt. Santa Maria although maybe not romantic had more of a wow factor. The living room was so big with amazing art work and designer furnishings, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Only issues we had there was the shower hose was broken so couldn't get any pressure out of it and the rooms so dark ( creates a nice atmosphere) but it's hard to see when your getting ready. We travelled over 3 hours to get here but left saying we would possibly return in the future

Unfortunately this is a negative review ,predominantly due to poor information from staff, I also left a voice message but I received no reply. The member of staff on reception was rude, and then to be told the best hotels all require a deposit, rubbish I’ve stayed at the best hotels world wide, and never had this issue, This was booked for a 50th birthday celebration, and it was spoiled by the staff, and poor information when booking direct, I would neither book again or recommend to anyone. No matter how nice the accommodation is, it doesn’t make up for poor staff and lack of verbal information when booking direct.

Really friendly staff, beautiful apartments, amazing facilities, would definitely recommend staying here again and recommending it to others. Love the little treats you get also with the room, definitely worth a trip and coming again.

Stayed in Little John, all facilities were great and prepared. Bathroom was clean and waterfall shower was amazing. Staff were all very friendly and quickly helped any questions I had (even gave a free bag of rose petals for the room). Good kitchen facilities with sufficient drink options. Great location within walking distance to City Centre.

Stayed here with my wife in January. Stayed in Hosana. Hot tub was dirty (see pictures) which was one of main reasons for the stay. Outside area unclean with cigarette butt's left there, curtains didn't work and there is a room above the bedroom which is the flat above and no real sound proofing so can hear everything they do. Advised management and they basically just said they would look into it with no compensation or plan to put right. When you're paying this much for a room you expect a certain quality level and service level which The Bells fell very short of. Not getting a good night sleep and the hot tub being dirty is very poor. I did put a review on Google saying the same thing (with some plus points being the shower is nice and lounge are nice) however this has been removed which is very strange, can only assume they didn't like what I put and reported it. I would avoid this place or especially Hosana. Much better available in Leeds.

We have been given Big Ben Apartment instead Emmanuel which we have ordered. In one of two rooms the carpets were taken off partly. The room didn’t smell nice, so I think that was the reason the carpets were uncovering part of the floor, to remove the stinky smell. Our room basically costed £330. We didn’t pay any extra for Big Ben, although we couldn’t use one of the rooms because of the bad smell. Our first trip to The Bells was great, second trip wasn’t the best

The staff who checked us in was rude, there was a world wide issue with Barclays due to this we couldn’t pay damage deposit. They were not understanding at all about this saying we would have to find someone to pay this. When I said about Barclays being over the news he said ‘I don’t watch the news’ I have stayed in places better for less. Now they are trying to charge us for drinks we didn’t have! I honestly wouldn’t waste your money staying here
