Fortunately, the tatami room should be very hot in summer, the hotel is only renovated, but the toilet tiles inside are quite gray, all of which are white and gray. The rest are OK... The double room is set, breakfast is the small noodle restaurant next to it, if you bring a larger child to stay, the front desk will give a meal coupon, you will not give it if you don't ask... so remember to ask for a meal coupon with children.

GGuest UserI wish to do a fair review of my B&B stay at Emeishan.
Service was spectacular.
1) The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from Emeishan Station (not to be confused with Emei Station), about 7-8 mins drive from the hotel. I communicated via WeChat which trains I would be on and let them know that my 1st train arrival was actually so that I could drop off my large suitcase at their place, before going backwards to Leshan for half a day, and then returning to Emeishan in the evening. Not only did they agree to send someone to the train station to pick-up, they agreed to pick up only my luggage without me needing to accompany. So I could add an additional hour to my Leshan trip. Then they came to the train station a 2nd time in the evening to pick me back to the hotel.
2) The hotel replies very very quickly on WeChat, as if monitoring it all the time.
3) The hotel could arrange ticket purchase of a show, Only Emeishan, at a price lower than what you find on the official website.
4) The hotel even left the suitcase in my room before my arrival.
5) When I told the hotel to skip preparing my breakfast as I was starting off at 7am the next day to go Emeishan (breakfast is 7.30am at the hotel), they offered to put some items into a plastic box for me to take along.
5-star service in terms of making arrangements!
They gave me a really large room, and I never used the bathtub with the bath herbs, but am thankful for the upgrade. Loved it that they gave 1 gigantic bottle of water and 2 smaller ones, showing their care for pple intending to climb Emeishan.
Please don't expect too much from what they call ”Afternoon Tea” included in your package. It is merely a small tray of dried/fresh fruit, so it wouldn't form a meal.
But I would not be fair to readers of reviews if I didn't give a balanced review.
a) The hardware is a bit tired. The wooden planks in the shower room are blackish, and there are water marks on the stone in the bathroom.
b) The power sockets are not at good locations. They are at the lower parts of a wall at a random spot and nothing near the bedside.
c) The lights in the room are not well-positioned.
d) There was an empty bottle below the wardrobe area when I first entered the room, which was missed even on the 2nd day.
e) As I'm not familiar with Emeishan, I also didn't know that 黄湾 area is not exactly the main activity area in Emeishan. That said, the hotel is a 5-7 min walk from the 黄湾 entrance/exit to Emeishan. I believe the Baoguo Temple entrance/exit would be more popular. There are several restaurants around the restaurant but the vast majority appear closed or are not occupied, so it doesn't feel very lively, whether day or night.
All in all, I would still recommend this hotel as they are family owned and run. The whole family depends on your support. Support local small business and give them a chance.

From the moment I arrived, Beka greeted me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that I felt right at home. The check-in was quick, efficient, and she took the time to explain all the amenities and services available, including local tips for visiting Mount Emei, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, with excellent facilities. Thank you Le Meridien Emei for making my visit so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning!

The **room was clean and simple**, with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and reliable air conditioning. Basic amenities like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping were all provided. The **bathroom was small but functional**, with hot water available 24/7.
Staff were **polite and efficient** during check-in/out. While there's no restaurant on-site, they offered good recommendations for nearby eateries. The **lobby has free coffee/tea** available all day.
**Perfect for travelers who want a clean, convenient place to sleep without luxury frills.** Would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel boasts gorgeous decoration and offers a tranquil setting, making it a perfect retreat. The beautiful tea rooms were a delightful touch, providing a serene atmosphere to relax in.
Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by its spotless condition and the attention to detail. The linens and bed were of high quality, and the inclusion of every modern appliance and amenity ensured a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me in arranging my day, ensuring I didn't miss out on any attractions.
The hotel's location is excellent, with only a 15-minute taxi ride to the Leshan Scenic area and a short three-minute walk to the ancient snack street. The proximity to delicious local snacks and restaurants made dining options easily accessible. Being situated along the riverfront was a real treat, as I could take leisurely strolls by the water in the mornings, with the magnificent Giant Buddha visible in the distance.
While it would have been nice if the hotel served breakfast, the abundance of snack options just minutes away compensated for it.
I highly recommend Jishe Hotel to anyone visiting Leshan, whether they are friends, couples, solo travelers, or on a business trip. The location is unbeatable, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the hotel's cleanliness sets a new standard.

Before I came, I asked the hotel butler, who patiently guided me on the route, which added a lot of convenience to my trip. When I arrived at the hotel, the butler also arranged the room for us meticulously, introduced the room, and sent welcome fruit in the room. The sightseeing car pick-up was also actively arranged. It was a very good stay experience. Next time, I will give priority to this hotel. I had a very happy stay. The scenery of Mount Emei is also very good! !

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery.
The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

CCL TangPro: Simple and fuss free check in. Very effective floor heating. Came with bottled water and tooth brush tooth paste. Near revolving cable car station. Have free breakfast. Uncle came to check that we were back from seeing stars at night before locking the door. Nice food and tea at reasonable price. Can see sun, moon, star during stay.
Cons: the cable car station was closed that day so we walked quite a bit.

GGuest UserThe roof above the sink in the bathroom was leaking and water kept dripping. Later, a piece of wall material fell off. There are people living above the fruit desk, so we have no choice but to live in a makeshift accommodation. There was water dripping on the countertop below. Later, I put a bath towel and a towel to catch the dripping water, so the water stopped splashing. The roll of toilet paper below was completely wet, so I asked for another roll of toilet paper to make do. The breakfast was pretty good, and the service staff were also quite polite. However, the hotel facilities were a bit imperfect. There must have been water leaks for some time, but they were not repaired.
