Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort. We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning. She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests. Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.

During this self-driving tour, we made a special trip to Gulugou Ramada Hot Spring Resort Hotel. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but later we thought that it would be nearly 60 kilometers to go to Bipenggou Scenic Area, so we wanted to reduce one night. A very satisfying stay! Ram, the hotel housekeeper, was very nice and gave us a free upgrade to the forest hot spring room. I booked a standard room with my friend and upgraded to a hot spring room on weekdays. The hot spring is the most worthwhile view. The blue sky and white clouds are beautiful. Booked this hotel by mistake. Interesting room. Although I didn't bring my kids, adults also liked it. It was just too dry and my nose was bleeding. The room has its own hot spring bath, which is also OK. It completely avoids the pain of not wanting to squeeze in a small pool with strangers. The view outside the window is also good.

I came here with my parents. It took 3 hours to get here from Siguniang Mountain along the Lixiao Road. The scenery is very nice.
