Nice location and the hot springs was nice. Romantic room and the private hot tub on the balcony was OK The only drawback was that they don't accept western credit cards and you shouldn't expect a western breakfast. But the breakfast was still good if you appreciate Chinese food.

Enviroment still fine, room is normal, 温泉is no good alot pool closed.

I called room service and they said the power had tripped... For a hotel that costs 700-800 yuan, don't guests check the power supply before checking in? The hotel is also very remote. I couldn't even order takeout. When I was hungry, I had to drive out or buy instant noodles at the hotel front desk. A bucket of instant noodles cost 10 yuan. The hygiene conditions were even more shocking. There was dust and stains everywhere. The room facilities were outdated and even basic comfort could not be guaranteed. 1. Checked into villa 659, but couldn't park in the two parking spaces at the door. The security foreman helped to contact the car mover, but when asked the customer service supervisor, the reply was that you could park anywhere. The overall management was chaotic and the check-in experience was very poor. 2. The outdoor pool on the first floor was useless and the water temperature was not high enough. 3. The service response was very slow. I asked for water to make tea, but it was not delivered for a long time. I went downstairs to buy it myself. 4. The bedsheets on the first floor were stained with blood, and they were quickly replaced after feedback.

This is my second time to Xishan Hot Spring. There are more tourists staying in the hotel this year than last year. The overall service and environment remain at a good level, and the catering can be further improved.
