It’s such a surprise for me to find an amazing hotel in Yin Zhou City, which is not known to many. It’s culturally enriched with many traditional Chinese arts. The location is central, the breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are new and clean. Will certainly come again! Thank you everyone!

The hotel is newly opened. The smell is still very strong. The decoration is very good. It is more unique than chain brand hotels.
The breakfast is good, no less than the level of Hilton Garden Inn
The location is average. The nearby restaurants are not very convenient.
The hotel's outdoor architecture is very eye-catching and suitable for women to take photos. Haha

酒店環境優美，更有非遺文化的融入。房間寬敞明亮，還貼心的配備了浴缸套，美美地泡個澡，洗去一天的疲憊，再躺在零壓床墊上，睡個好覺，真是好愜意。酒店的早餐品種精緻，味道好，還有自助歡迎下午茶，每一樣都能看出店家的細心和精心！最讓人感覺到舒服的就是整個酒店工作人員的服務，從一進門就感受到了賓至如歸，特別要表揚一下趙宇奇和宋婉瑜兩位工作人員，服務非常熱情且有耐心，每次進出門，小夥都主動幫忙攙扶年齡大的父親，接送行李、 幫忙泊車、主動介紹附近的景點及美食，真的太貼心啦！父母説了，以後來錦州遊玩，必須還要住在王府.泊麗酒店！

酒店非常令人驚喜，整體風格充滿藝術氣息，一樓有博物館，顯示錦州非遺文化，房間裝飾也很有品味，乾淨衞生。園區景色宜人，拍照非常出片。到店後前台服務人員袁鑫和李響非常熱情，給免費升級了套房，第二天用早餐時前台還給兩個孩子贈送了早餐，房間裏提供的飲品品種豐富，晚上還給贈送了當地特色小吃。晚上的圍爐煮茶去晚了，沒好意思跟別的客人拼桌所以沒有體驗到。總體來説是非常完美的一次入住體驗。

服務：周到。酒店的早餐也挺豐盛，園內景色很美。贈送的糕點很好吃。本次入住唯一的不足，是第一天辦理入住下午3：30説放假沒打掃完，期間服務人員態度都挺好，讓我們出去轉一圈或者喝點下午茶等候，最後晚上6點半回來終於是住進去了。其實因為其他原因耽誤入住，是不是可以考慮給顧客一些禮品，畢竟耽誤我們入住時間了。

一次很差的體驗，我對煙味比較敏感定酒店的時候在攜程看禁煙，一進屋就聞到煙味又很悶臨街很吵，還是個後面的房間，後來前台讓我下去換房換了個安靜點的房，然後前台上來送水果，咱説你不送我也不能説啥那楊梅第三個就吃到壞的了，最讓我生氣的是這床單 是不是保潔看着乾淨就可以不用換，好像誰拉這了.

我是帶孩子去的屬於家庭旅遊非常好，環境也很好，早餐的時間很充裕，吃的也非常好，還有自己包的包子吃起來安全放心，乘客的服務也非常的熱情，下午沒有事去喝喝，下午茶也是一件非常愜意的事情，環境打卡都非常的出片位置也很好找，最主要的是開車去了有停車位，新酒店衞生都還不錯，飲品也不錯。
