裝修：比較陳舊，不像圖片裏看起來那麼舒適，看起來有好些年頭了。安靜：白天很吵鬧，主要是街道上小孩子多。電梯：無電梯，行李多的時候很難爬。床具：床是酒店那種，但是床具質感一般，睡起來舒適度不佳。走廊環境：比不上一般的民宿，更像家裡倉庫的隔間。衞生間：積水嚴重，一洗澡就全都是水。房間大小：不大，在民宿裏面都算小的。總體來説，200塊錢差不多，335就性價比很低了，不如去住同位置200多的民宿。
