We chose the family duplex room, which had a practical layout. There was also a shared balcony just outside the room, offering ample space for children to play, and the cleanliness was excellent. The in-room smart devices were user-friendly; we could control the lights, TV, and curtains using the Tmall Genie. The hairdryer was also of good quality. Furthermore, food delivery services could bring orders directly to the room, which was very convenient for guests who preferred not to dine out. However, there are a few details that could be improved. The air conditioning in the upstairs area was not very effective; even with a fan, the second floor felt a bit stuffy. The bathroom lacked a wet/dry separation, leading to water pooling on the floor after showers, which could be a safety concern. For family rooms, I would suggest adding a second restroom and a refrigerator, as this would significantly enhance their practicality. The soundproofing could also be improved, as we could faintly hear noises from the adjacent room in the early morning. I hope these points can be addressed in the future.
