Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Highly recommend this hotel. It has amazing views of Lijiang old town. The bed is very comfortable and room was clean. Staff were friendly.

I had a wonderful trip to Lijiang and Dali thanks to the hotel's owner. He is more than friendly. He makes me feel like I'm at home when traveling. He and the staff are very helpful and kind. He helped me to arrange everything and make sure my trip is the most wonderful. The room is clean and I don't need to pay any other bills when leaving. I will definitely book this hotel again when I comback to Lijiang ❤️ Thank you!

The hotel has a great view of the city and the mountain, however, is high up on the hill: no pain, no gain! When we arrived the owner gave us an upgrade for free, we got a beautiful room with bathtub, huge bad, and a cozy sofa on the terrace, which we enjoyed very much.

My wife and I stayed here for one night and we loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and helped us, even giving us a free room upgrade. The location and the facilities were also amazing.

Great location, close to ancient town and convenient drop off point. Amazing vibe and friendly staff. Feels homely! Love how helpful staffs here are. Extremely caring! They even cooked herbal tea for my friends who was unwell on our first day here. They provided the best advice on tours accordingly to our needs and expectations. We had the best experience on one day tour to Shangri-La. It was safe and great. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel is the same as described. The hotel staff/owner is extremely helpful and kind. Even we need to communicate via wechat as I don’t speak Chinese but he can help me with my issues. The hotel location is near the north gate of Lijiang Old Town, very convenient to go to the old town . Kindly note that it’s located in the hill - you might need to climb down to the old town. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Lijiang.
