The room is big & very clean ,The reception people are super nice there also ,except the air conditioner is little noisy ,others are all perfect ,especially the buffet ,it's very delicious.I will come back very soon!

The facility and location is indeed good. But I had a terrible experience regarding the booking and the payment. I already made the prepaid payment and it was deducted in my account already. The hotel asked for a guarantee payment since they did not receive the payment from trip. Until now, I’m still waiting for the refund of the guarantee payment from the hotel. It seems that Sheraton and Trip are coordinating very slow. Still waiting for the refund.

The location is good, the hotel is clean and spacious, the surrounding supermarkets and shopping malls are very convenient, the breakfast is also very good, and the overall feeling is very good. Every time I stay here, everyone's attitude is very friendly.

Very good, Sheraton is very cost-effective for more than 500 per night. The breakfast is not bad, I ate it for two days. I ordered a meal from room service once, the portion was large but the taste was average, I still recommend eating out. The room is normal, it should be more old. It may be a bit chaotic outside. There was a crowd protesting in the square outside the night I stayed. The service of the staff is very good, and most of them can speak English.

I booked a room for my child and was quite satisfied with it. It also came with 3 breakfasts. I will stay here again when I return to the United States from Lima in a few days.

An old five-star hotel with a great location. It is within walking distance to San Martin and Plaza de Armas. Next to it is a big mall and a large supermarket. In addition to restaurants, there is also a large food court. The prices are not expensive, but don't change money at the money exchange shop at Exit 6 in the mall. The exchange rate is lower than that of the bank. The hotel is old and the facilities are a bit lacking, but other aspects such as service, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. are great. The overall cost performance is quite good. Recommended!
