Great hotel, very close to one of Guilin's train stations. The room had a super comfortable bed, a very clean bathroom, and daily housekeeping. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

I have nice stay experience at this hotel. This hotel near guilin north railway station. Owner and hotel staff is also so helpful to the guest. The room is clean.

The hotel is well located near the train station.
We had some trouble to discuss with the staff who wasn't speaking English and wasn't able to help us to book the cruise to Yangshuo we wanted to do the next day. Fortunately, there was somebody from a travel agency in the hotel lobby which helped us book it.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was quite comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised because of the location of the hotel I wasn’t expecting much.

This time I came to Guilin, and the weather was bad these days. The only thing that made me feel most comfortable was that I chose the right hotel. From the moment I entered the lobby, they were very attentive, prepared tea, and had free parking. The room facilities were very clean, and the disposable supplies were very complete. The lobby also set up an office computer area, which was considerate to prepare for travel, and there was free self-service laundry. The service was considerate. I am very happy with this choice and recommend it to everyone!

The reception and security at the front desk were really enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage and upgraded our room for free. Our stay was better than expected. The room was clean, big and quiet. There was food downstairs, so it was very convenient to buy things.
