A wonderful hotel in a super clean and quiet area called Clearwater Bay. The service from Diana was excellent and she helped us to settle in and provided everything we needed with her brilliant hospitality. The breakfast quality was high, a great swimming pool and a nice private beach. The room was big with stunning views! Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday," creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Came to Lingshui and stayed in a hotel for four nights with my child. The child has insect bite dermatitis and cannot be bitten by mosquitoes, otherwise a large swelling will occur. So I called the hotel in advance and hoped to arrange a room on a high floor with fewer mosquitoes. After the housekeeper Darryl knew about it, he immediately upgraded us to a high-floor 170-square-meter sea view suite, which was really great. We also did mosquito repellent treatment in advance. The child did not get a single bite during the five-day and four-night stay. The hotel service was very good, responsive to every request, and the environment was nothing to say, with Southeast Asian style. We went to Shimei Bay in Wanning. Compared with the beach in Qingshui Bay, The glass sea at Zi Beach is really amazing, it ranks first. The children had a lot of fun. The outdoor swimming pool of the hotel is great, with shade from trees, so the children will not be exposed to the sun all the time. The photos are also very good. In short, the children are very satisfied and don’t want to leave. They also took travel photos of the hotel and were very satisfied. They bought several photos and participated in the parent-child activities of the hotel. It is not far from Lingshui to Sanya or Wanning by car, 40-50 minutes drive. There is a food street five minutes drive from the hotel, which has many local Hainan delicacies. It is very convenient. In short, I am very satisfied and plan to stay here next time.

The main reason for booking Raffles Clearwater Bay was to check in the same hotel and lighthouse as her disappearance. The housekeeper Diana contacted in advance to inquire about the needs and arranged a sea view room with a view of the lighthouse. The hotel occupies the C position of the entire Clearwater Bay. The sand is fine and the outdoor swimming pool is also great. At the nightfall ceremony, I quietly listened to the piano and singing with cocktails. I booked a travel photography and the photo retoucher's skills were amazing. The beach barbecue hot pot dinner was booked. The grilled lobster and grilled durian were delicious. The other various ingredients were also rich and fresh. Although it was forced to be interrupted due to sudden heavy rain, the hotel refunded the full amount. During the stay, the hotel staff took the initiative to smile and greet, making people feel at home. I also thank Diana for her meticulous service during the stay. Next time I come to Hainan, I will continue to choose Raffles

I only stayed one night on this trip, which was a pity. The room was spacious, and the beach barbecue buffet at night had a rich variety of dishes. What I liked most was that the beach was soft and clean, the sea water was also clean, and there were relatively few people. The experience was still very good. You can borrow swimming equipment for free at the swimming pool, and there is also mosquito repellent, which is very considerate. The housekeeper Diana Yan Jinyu was very thoughtful and considerate. Because I came with my children, the children's daily necessities and bathrobes were all available. The children's birthday was also thoughtfully sent a small cake. I was very satisfied with the whole trip.
