服務態度一般，沒有服務意識。
酒店衞生過於差勁，連住兩天，中間都沒有打掃。
窗簾 極其臟，地板全是灰，牆面也掉皮。

房間很大，很適合一家人一起出遊，還有一個泳池可以給小朋友游泳，離海邊步行五六分鐘，很近，服務也很好，微信秒回，需要什麼也馬上送到，很推薦。

衞生：下午2點入住，結果衞生才開始搞，大姐漫不經心的搞到了三點多鐘，然而前面客人扔的煙蒂、垃圾都沒掃到，我們自己清理了；孩子們期待的泳池遲遲沒有打掃，我們催促後打掃了，結果淺水池裡污垢卻沒搞。
設施：房屋整體的裝修顏色比較暗，加上昏暗的燈光，孩子們都不敢單獨上下樓，餐廳、二樓露台的木地板好多壞了，行走要小心；整個房子有些潮濕，發出一股怪味，負一樓的房間堪比恐怖屋，床單讓人發癢。
服務：入住沒有提示，我們主動聯繫後才知道我們的訂單。可能是以往都有酒店提前聯繫我們，所以真不習慣。

海邊的別墅，有些舊，裏面的房間佈置什麼的類似快捷酒店，服務什麼的中規中矩，但勝在價格比較好，在清水灣的海邊，這樣緊湊型的別墅這個價格還行吧。但有一點，這不應該叫泳池別墅，應該叫泡池別墅，那就是個大浴缸，不過離阿羅哈套房酒店的泳池不遠。

跟朋友一起到這兒遊玩，訂了這家別墅，晚上燒烤做飯都很方便，附近的美食街都很熱鬧，出行方便。衞生情況不錯，環境很好，服務也很周到。下次還來。
