小區綠化極好，滿眼的棕櫚樹，停車也很方便。小區外面有一條街飯館很多。建議開車來，沒有車走路會很遠。
小別墅空間很大，設施也不錯，整體很滿意。床很舒服，不軟塌。沒有穿衣鏡不太方便，洗漱產品質量有點差。
服務還不錯，工作人員不會每日主動進入房間整理收拾。

房間很大，很乾凈，老闆人熱情，有小童護欄，單獨小童房，獨立超大泳池，離海邊很近，停車也很方便，除了周邊沒啥吃的 很完美！

不錯，晚上可以游泳。非常開心。值得下次入住。下次可以跟朋友們一起住個大一些的房間，多住幾天。園區也特別好，跟熱帶雨林一樣，有很多芭蕉。非常私隱，安靜！！

設施：設施相對復古
衞生：衞生環境很好
環境：好像住在熱帶雨林
服務：服務沒的説，殷總管方方面面都安排的不錯。
位置很好，離海邊很近。院子裏有一個大泳池，往外走800米還有個公共泳池是隔壁小區的。再往前就到海邊了，人很少。相對比較安靜。
缺點：周邊吃飯的地方不多，購物場所不多，建議租車或者打車出行，滴滴很方便，比租車強。如果租電動車，也可以找殷總管安排。50一天，沒電了隨便換。

酒店位置好，交通方便，下高速就到，在海灘邊上一個別墅小區，小區物業管理一般。酒店類似於租了個房子，很多事項全靠自助，衹給一個聯繫人加微信，發地址注意事項和密碼等，其他見不到酒店服務人員。房間設施基本是房東住户的，沒有統一標準和管理，比較陳舊，其中一個卧室是院內玻璃房改造的，四周是玻璃門。周邊有小超市，所需要自己購買。院子有泳池，小朋友最滿意了！特別提示：地面濕滑，一定注意安全，多人被摔！

別墅真的真的超級棒，沒有存在泳池不乾淨或者怎樣，國慶前幾天三亞一直下雨，所以泳池會不乾淨。兩室一廳，剛好我們三大一小住，畢竟是別墅民宿，它在很多服務設施上比不上酒店。我們就住了兩晚，早知道就直接定這裏了。是三亞和陵水的分界線，開車去哪裡都方便，講真，它都已經是別墅了，沒有車走肯定要走好長時間。
性價比超高，家庭出遊的首選，我們三個人住在國慶才1000一晚上，也就人均300。小孩子跟我在泳池裡玩的超開心。 不要吐槽管家不拿行李什麼的了，這是民宿，管家能做到的都會做到，而且三亞很熱的天氣自己都汗流不止不好意思麻煩別人。
有廚房，有餐桌，可以長住。 附近也有充電樁不用擔心。 下次還來這家！
還有啊，三亞到哪蚊蟲都很多，我在天域酒店被叮咬了4.5處，來到別墅肉眼可見的有蚊蟲，但是我們大人小孩都沒被咬，民宿準備的有花露水和防蟲噴霧，我們都興奮的忘了用，大家可以去了用。
