Aside from the really bad wall sockets, everything else was fine. The room, amenities, and bathroom fixtures are all good, including TOTO fixtures, a Hansgrohe shower, a Samsung TV, and an Otis home elevator. The overall decor is luxurious, but the style is more appealing to an older generation. The pool water looked clean, and the children didn't experience skin allergies or diarrhea after swimming. The bedding is high-thread count, probably over 220, and very comfortable. The mattress is a bit soft, which is not ideal for me. The pillows are high-height, which is not ideal for me. The housekeeping service was prompt, attentive, and welcoming. The breakfast lady was also very nice. The community has beautiful greenery, with some minor gardening efforts. You have to ask the security guard before entering or leaving the community. Overall, it's significantly better than the neighboring community. The room is a minute's walk from the beach, a straight path. The ground-floor garden has a pool and running water for washing sand. There's also a laundry room with an automatic washing machine, making it convenient for drying clothes. Right next door is the Kimpton and Indigo, sharing the same beach. It's actually nicer than the beaches at the Kimpton and Indigo, and less crowded. It's also not too far from the lighthouse, so it's a nice view from afar. I recommend this place.

From the moment I checked in, I had a great time. Downstairs parking is very convenient. There's a large lot right outside the unit entrance, so you can park as you please during the off-season. Parking is very affordable, at 11 yuan per day. Two elevators go upstairs, with a combination lock (I recommend repairing the lock; it's a bit stuck and requires a lot of effort to open). The overall decor is a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. The living and dining room is spacious, with a table that easily seats six. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with utensils (I recommend eating out for only two meals; for the rest, go to Yingzhou Town for sour noodles or buy rice noodles from the farmers' market; it's very cost-effective). The entire apartment is air-conditioned. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two beds are 1.8 meters tall, and one is 1.5 meters tall. All have windows, so you don't feel cramped. The bedding is made of Luolai, which is very sturdy. The balcony offers a wide view, facing the ocean, and a broad mind. The service is excellent. Ask questions and they're answered promptly. If you need anything, the staff will promptly deliver it to your door. It's excellent. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The area is well-equipped with amenities, including numerous supermarkets and even a badminton court. I played a game there and was quite good! There's a food court nearby, but the food isn't cheap. The zao zuo vinegar is acceptable, but a bit pricey. Don't go to that Sichuan restaurant; as a Sichuanese, I find it awful and watery. For other options, I recommend going to the Yingzhou Town Night Market, which is a great deal. Don't forget to eat there! Overall, it was a great value! Very good! One small incident: my child mischievously drew on the duvet cover with a watercolor pen, so I had to contact the store to compensate him for the Luolai duvet cover (a bit pricey). That was a lesson for my child.
