The location is excellent; it's just a few hundred meters from the Eight Squares and Thirteen Lanes, and only 800-900 meters from the central square. There are plenty of delicious and convenient restaurants nearby, making it super easy to get around and eat. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable; the room was spotless from the moment I entered, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the natural light was great. The front desk service was superb; they answered all my questions and check-in was quick. They also offer useful amenities like free parking and self-service laundry. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Linxia!"

"The most satisfying thing is that the service was pretty good. Our room had not been tidied up when we went there. The service staff opened a room for us to rest temporarily. We booked a three-bed room. The room was very large and the space was very spacious. However, the toilet seat was broken and needed to be repaired. It is very close to Bafang Thirteenth Street. There is also a hand-caught mutton restaurant nearby. It tastes very good."

"Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room."

"Xingcheng's service is impeccable, truly excellent! Especially the front desk staff, who are warm, attentive, and proactive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The only downside is that parking is shared with other businesses, making it difficult to park on holidays and weekends, and getting out can be a hassle due to traffic congestion, requiring you to call and wait for others to move your car. Otherwise, everything is great!"

The overall feeling is good, clean, hygienic, facilities and equipment are relatively new, the bedding is spotless or more comfortable! Recommend to stay at this hotel! If you have to pick a problem, the price of the supporting hotel 2-3 floor is very expensive! The consumption level is comparable to the first-tier cities, and there is nothing worse than it is!"
