This time, Gannan self-driving, considering the limited accommodation conditions and insufficient supporting facilities in Xiahe County, worried that the elders would not rest well, specially chose to stay at the Hilton Huiting Hotel in Linxia, which proved to be a very wise decision. I was very lucky on the day of check-in. I met Manager Zhu Gaofei (maybe the name is not clear) and two other female managers on duty. A group of people carried the elderly, with more luggage, several managers warmly received the whole process, took the initiative to help coordinate, and the most moving thing was that every manager in the hotel, including the staff, was smiling throughout the whole process, especially sincere. Secondly, the hotel hardware is brand new, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, the mattresses are moderately hard and soft, and the sound insulation is good. It is very suitable for long-distance self-driving. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, the taste is suitable for the public, the free parking lot is sufficient, and the self-driving travel is very convenient. The public areas are well equipped, and the 24-hour self-service laundry and drinking bar are very friendly to long-term tourists. Compared with the Gannan County Hotel, it is well-equipped and comfortable. It is recommended that tourists who take the elderly and pursue stable accommodation conditions to visit Xiahe and Maqu can use Linxia as a transit point. Finally, I would like to thank Manager Zhu Gaofei and the other two managers for their thoughtful and meticulous service. The experience is full. I will still choose this hotel next time in Linxia!

I booked this hotel on a short trip through Linxia on my way to Gannan. It was better than I expected. The location was convenient with its own parking lot. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk even recommended some good restaurants nearby. There was a pretty good noodle shop nearby, but unfortunately, I was in a rush and forgot to take pictures of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this new hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. Its convenient location is a plus, with numerous shops and a beautiful park nearby. I particularly loved the room's design. I will definitely return if I visit Linxia again!

Very good value for money, very satisfied with the stay. A family room suite, the price is only about 300, and it is clean, quiet, and conducive to rest. The service is good, the front desk takes the initiative to provide us with umbrellas, and the cleaning takes the initiative to clean the room. Hotel location is good, next to Muchang Street, a street is selling fruit, alkaline oysters and other pasta, walking to the eight squares 13 lanes is also close.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! The rooms are bright, quiet, and conveniently located. It's surrounded by the Tea Horse Road and countless restaurants! I especially loved the breakfast; the steamed buns and beef noodles were homemade by the Hui Muslim staff. I loved this hotel. A great location with many city sights within walking distance. Temples, Mosques, and the famous, silk road era: ”8 squares and 13 lanes” neighborhood (The name of this historic area is sometimes rendered in English as 8 squares and 13 alleys, or even 8 lanes and 13 alleys. You might want to just call it ”Bafang”) The front desk was completely helpful with answers to all of both my logical and my dumb questions! One very important thing to note is this: Although Trip.com lists the hotel's name as ”Olman Hotel”, that name will not get you there via Didi or anything else! On the building itself its name is ”Ouman”, and it seems to sometimes refer to itself as ”Home Inn”. ”Ouman Hotel” worked for me with Didi. I recommend this hotel and a sincerely recommend this interesting city!

The room rate is less than 400 and includes breakfast, which is absolutely worth it. If there is a slight shortcoming, it is that the training level and service awareness of the service staff still need to be improved. Because I only gave one door card when I checked in, my family was still in the room when I went out for a run in the morning. After running, I asked the front desk for another card (you need to swipe the card to take the elevator). When I explained the situation to one of the waiters, she didn't even raise her eyes and kept looking at the computer. Although another waiter took over the matter and quickly made a card for me, she said when she gave me the card, ”You have to return two cards when you check out.” This makes people feel bad. Do you need to explain this specifically? Isn't it common sense to return several cards given? Is it because they are worried that I will embezzle a room card of the hotel when I check out? What's the use of asking for a room card of the hotel? In addition, the doorman standing at the gate stood next to me when I was loading my luggage, and turned a blind eye throughout the whole process, without any intention of helping. In general, this hotel in Linxia is highly recommended. The few minor comments mentioned above are not nitpicking, but I hope they can do better.

The downside is that the cleaning rounds are not very careful, the spare pillows are not very clean, contacted the front desk very refreshing to change, the shower head is not connected, there is one more, it is estimated that the last clean guest forgot to take away, take a shower with a large shower head!
