A minor annoyance was that our two rooms weren't assigned close together; they were at opposite ends of the hallway, which was quite inconvenient for walking back and forth. The front desk staff explained the situation and apologized."

"The hotel is in the middle of no man land by the Danube river. Unless you drive, you would find its location is not as good as it claims. There's only one bus connecting you to the city centre - with about 15 minutes ride, plus 5 to 10 minutes of walk to the bus stop. The path to the bus stop is not a pleasant walk and it's not recommended you walk on your own at night, especially if you are a female. So, you have to go back to the hotel early enough in the evening. The amenities and facilities are okay, no surprise nor disappointment. With similar rates, hotels near or at the city centre are more preferred."

"Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!"

There's a bad smell in both the lobby and the room, and the breakfast is truly poor, with a few low-quality items, especially the sweets. Fortunately, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly. It's a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't even deserve two."

"At first did not notice to self-check in, kept looking for the entrance, trying to call and no one answered, finally called 3, 4 times to tell the password to get the key, fortunately a local told where to open the cabinet 😓😓 room hygiene is good, bed is also very large, very convenient location"

The breakfast is a must. Most if not all things organic. Big spread with something tasty for any tastes, catering to many food preferences and sensitivities. Even have their own juicer!"

The room is very basic but functional and the single bed is in a wooden environment which limits the movements in the night.
