Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

The best hotel in the whole Je Austria-Hungary, the experience is very good, it is a surprise. Facilities: large room, high rack, separate bathtub shower, refrigerator stove, electric kettle, coffee machine safe, etc. Hygienic: spotless, mirror glass without ash and watermark, clean beds and folds Environment: Linz city center, it is a quiet location, surrounding shopping malls, central square Service: Check-in information, the front desk also carefully replaced the pad with a Chinese interface, and then recommended the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants to me.

Die Lage direkt am Hauptplatz ist ideal, hier ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und die Straßenbahn hält vor der Türe. Das Design des Motel one, wie überall einmalig und schön; dass man einer Alleinreisenden Frau aber erst mal ein dunkles Loch mit Fenster zu einem 2qm ”Licht”-Schacht anbietet ist fast schon sexistisch. Mein Bruder bekam vor einiger Zeit, auch alleinreisend, sofort ein schönes Zimmer zum Hauptplatz. Lästig auch, dass die Zimmerkarte schon eine halbe Stunde vor Checkout time gesperrt ist und das Zimmermädchen drängelnd klopft, obwohl das ”Nicht stören Schild” an der Tür hängt.

Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Alles war sauber, modern und schön gestaltet. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Tiefgarage, die zwar extra kostet, aber eine sehr bequeme Parkmöglichkeit bietet. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit unserem Familienzimmer, da es sehr kalt war. Wir haben dies gemeldet, jedoch konnte so kurzfristig nichts mehr geändert werden. Uns wurde zwar ein kleiner Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt, dennoch blieb das Zimmer kühl. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Rezeption: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, uns bestmöglich zu unterstützen. Vermutlich war es einfach ein unglücklicher Zufall. Trotz allem können wir das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

At the beginning, I didn’t care to check in by myself. I kept on the entrance to the door. I tried to call and no one listened. Finally, I called 3 or 4 times to inform the password to open the key. The locals told the department to open the cabinet. The room was hygienic. The bed was also very big and the location was very convenient.

The hotel has standard rooms for a long time. The rooms are fully equipped and not luxurious. There is a parking lot on site. Breakfast is average. But the price is not expensive.
