The room was great! From the window, we had a direct view of the exhibition center, which the kids loved. We were even treated to a free fireworks show from our floor-to-ceiling windows right after checking in 🎆! We also visited the complimentary water park and had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be staying here again when we're next in Liuzhou.

Consistently excellent as always! The front desk staff were fantastic. The location is superb and very convenient for getting around. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious and the bedding was incredibly comfortable.

I booked for two nights, and the hotel environment was lovely – quiet and comfortable. The pool was clean, and the Chinese restaurant offered excellent value for money. However, I wouldn't recommend the Western buffet; the variety was poor, and the food quality was disappointing. The biggest letdown, though, was the complimentary water park. Its facilities were old, the water quality was awful (the wave pool was full of bugs!), and many attractions weren't even open. This really detracts from the hotel's overall appeal. While the hotel itself truly merits a 5-star rating, I'm deducting 0.5 points for the buffet and 1 full point for the complimentary water park. My advice to the hotel is to stop bundling the water park with the buffet. If an offering is beyond saving, it shouldn't be allowed to drag down the hotel's reputation.

Generally satisfactory, but some minor details were a bit lacking.

The room was in fantastic condition, and I was even upgraded to a suite! The service was attentive, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast noodles were particularly delicious. I will definitely stay at the Ramada again on my next trip to Liuzhou. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The hotel boasts an excellent environment. The rooms are very spacious with thoughtfully designed living areas, fully equipped with amenities, and spotlessly clean. The hotel grounds downstairs are also beautiful, perfect for a relaxing stroll amidst lush greenery. Even on a scorching summer morning, a walk there feels refreshingly cool. The convenient ground-level parking lot provides ample shade from trees, which perfectly blocks the sun in the afternoon, ensuring your car doesn't get too hot. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Upon our late arrival, the hotel proactively upgraded our room. This is truly what you'd expect from a five-star hotel! The room was impeccably clean, and I loved the elegant and spacious decor. It was also equipped with an air purifier and a massage chair – truly thoughtful amenities!

The lovely staff even upgraded our room! The facilities are excellent and well-maintained, it's spotlessly clean, the environment is peaceful, and the service is great. It even features a swimming pool. This is definitely a highly recommended hotel for anyone visiting Liudong District.

This hotel used to be so nice, especially the pool. But now the pool is open to the public so it’s not as ideal. The rooms are clean and the food is good. It’s a decent place to get away from the city, but it’s not close to the city center of Liuzhou. As I live in Liuzhou, I like to go stay there sometimes for a mini getaway.

Excellent facilities and environment.

This brand is truly going downhill. While the facilities are objectively just average, the cleanliness and the service from the several middle-aged staff at the front desk are also very mediocre.

The service response was incredibly slow. We arrived at 5 PM, but still had to wait for our room to be cleaned. When we tried to change rooms, the process was incredibly inefficient and took a long time to resolve. Our room was also missing several items, and calling the front desk for them was completely useless – nothing we requested ever arrived. On top of that, the cleanliness was unacceptable. What truly baffled us were the rooms themselves. In one of the two rooms we booked, the central air conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed. The other room had a bathroom with a glass partition that offered no privacy or light blockage whatsoever. Given all these issues, we promptly decided to check out after just one night and move to another hotel.

Conveniently located opposite Liuzhou's Exhibition Center, the hotel offers underground parking and is easy to find. The front desk staff were very polite. Our room was spacious, clean, and came with breakfast, making it ideal for our family trip. Getting around was also very convenient. The only drawback was that both the bathroom and toilet doors were transparent glass, which felt a bit awkward when two people were in the room simultaneously.
