It’s our second time to choose this economical hotel. It is a cost effective option and the location is very convenient enough that made us access to Liverpool city centre very easily. Just a few steps.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Although we had originally booked a room without a window, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful view. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only thing that would have improved our stay further would be the addition of coffee and tea-making facilities in the room.

We didn’t book for breakfast, so we don’t know the food. The price is alright and not much noise. The bed has some hair and smell bad but for this price, fair enough. Overall, good location and good service

Only single upside is location, rest is awful. There's a difference between low-cost service and cheap service, and until easyHotel figures the difference there would be a loss in the customer base. Room size is small beyond reasonable with no place to walk. Timed AC that you can't control fan speed on and times off automatically. I paid for the night to use service not for you to force me when to switch off my AC or how much air gets into the room to make it actually suffocating. Will be avoiding for other affordable services if I can next time.

All simple but adequate Staff r friendly, helpful, supportive Don’t choose the room facing the street, you will hear disco sound till 2-3am uk time. Near tkmexx At night, enjoy meals in McDonald

Easyhotel is located in city centre, close to all the local attractions. 13 minute walk to lime street train station. Check in was fast!!! Bed was a little on the hard side but fine for a night or two. I had a room with no windows which was nice and pitch black for total darkness. I would stay here again for a cheap weekend away in Liverpool.

The hotel location was very nice- it’s in City centre and near shopping areas and restaurants. It is also walking distance to station and tourist attractions in Liverpool. Our room also has the view and i love it! Will surely recommend to friends and come back to stay here next time.
