Hotel was clean, room was lovely and spacious. We had an issue with something banging on the window and it kept us awake and they had no issues swapping rooms, even so late at night! The staff were lovely, so friendly. Especially one young girl on the reception when we were checking in, so helpful and friendly.

Nice decor, clean and good sized rooms. I stayed on the top floor. Great view from room and sky bar :-)
I will definitely return if in Liverpool for business or leisure with family (interconnecting rooms available).

Fabulous hotel with friendly staff. The sky bar is also a great place for a relaxed cocktail and great views of Liverpool.

The room was very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is convenient, and close to major attractions and transportation. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the stay very pleasant.
