It’s a bit of a walk from the underground station and going up the stairs was difficult with luggage. But once I was pointed in the right direction, there were signs to the hotel and it was easy enough to find. The hotel had amazing staff. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was excellent. Loved it.

Car park available and near to underground which is quite convenient. Service is good but cleaness is fair, Stains on the shower. Breakfast quality is good.

The staff were so friendly, the rooms were emaculate, the best part for me has to be that this beautiful hotel allows dogs to stay.....something o feel all hotels should welcome with open arms. England is a country of dog lovers, when we go away we wish to take the whole family and that includes our furry friends.

Lovely hotel, on the central line so easy to get into central London but also not far off the m4 so don't have to drive through London to get to it either! Parking included made the stay really easy, breakfast was really good quality and plenty of options. Room was lovely, good size and quiet. Shower was lovely. Complimentary drinks - fancy teas and coffees and bottled water. Overall really pleasant.

I was basically the first one to check in at 3 o'clock on time. I was asked to swipe my credit card and copy my security code (not password) as collateral to prevent damage to hotel equipment. Then I was arranged to face north. There was a warehouse of the same height 5 meters outside. The room was dark as in the evening when all the lights were on. The sockets were out of power and the desk lamp was not on. I went downstairs to ask for a room change. The front desk said that this was very romantic. Unless it could not be repaired, we would not change it. The next day I complained to the manager, who explained: They have been doing this for 25 years. If we change your room, we have to rearrange it, which increases the cost. The final conclusion is to report it to the higher level, and add an apology. There is nothing else. I would like to add that the mattress in the north-facing room is very cold.
