The room was okay. I booked a deluxe king room, which was a little more spacious, allowing me to fully open two 24-inch suitcases. The front desk staff's service attitude was just so-so; among the hotels I've stayed at, this one had the least friendly staff, haha. The bathroom facilities were quite old and a bit inconvenient to use. The location is good, with several subway stations nearby and close proximity to most attractions.

We were on our honeymoon, and we sent word ahead of us that this was a special trip and the Waldorf really delivered a spectacular stay with perfect location, which included walking distance to the theatre in the evening. A visit here is a real treat, even more so if you consider its brand’s distinguished place in the history of the world’s best hotels. The staff all the way through were flawless, and we are very grateful to the whole team, from the doormen, receptionist through to housekeeping who helped make this stay so memorable and special. A special mention to the staff working in the restaurant, the breakfast buffet was magnificent: great range, and excellent quality of flavours and dishes.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast is excellent. The overall is excellent.

Great location, very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Big Ben and the London Eye are within walking distance. Several popular, trendy restaurants are also just a few hundred meters away. It's also super easy to get to the theaters. The room was clean and spacious, and the pillows were especially comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to King's College and surrounded by several theaters like the Royal Theatre, making it lively every evening. The service is great; the doorman is very gentlemanly and welcoming. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the rooms are quite basic. There are stairs in the hotel corridors, which makes it inconvenient for luggage, but the bellhop delivering luggage to the room was a nice touch.

The hotel's breakfast was incredibly generous. The location is very convenient, just a 200-meter walk to the theater. The service was exceptionally attentive, especially the hotel doorman who was super warm and helpful.

Even though we informed the hotel staff, our room was not cleaned. Additionally, the noise level is very high due to poor sound insulation, which negatively affected our stay. Unfortunately, the only positive feature of the room was the size of the beds.

We stayed here as our normal hotel was fully booked, we weren’t disappointed. We booked a basic double room. Lovely hotel, great location and the fastest filling bath ever!!! The only downside was the breakfast which was pretty average considering the reputation of the hotel generally.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and offers meticulous service. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, with especially luxurious bedding that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. It's a perfect blend of classic British elegance and modern convenience, making for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended.

The staff at Warldorf Hilton London are exceptional. The hotel is beautiful. Comfortable bed. Perfect temperature. Spotlessly clean. The friendly offer of a glass of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend the hotel and return to it again. The only issue we had was that we booked a family room through a third party (Trip.com) while looking for somewhere for 2 adults and 1 u18 to stay for the weekend. Trip offered a bigger "Family room", with a view of 2 beds side by side, one being a sofa bed/large rollaway. This was not the room available on arrival. We had a large double bed only. They kindly brought a single rollaway in to accommodate us. However, it was a smaller room, and they had no larger available. They were as surprised as us as Trip.com did not forward a "Family" booking, even though I listed the 2 adults and the age of the child.

The room was comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was decent. Our feedback was addressed promptly.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Buckingham Palace and other attractions. However, the room facilities are a bit run down and old-fashioned, feeling a bit like a domestic guesthouse. The floor creaks when you walk on it. The doorman and restaurant service were both very good. I'm giving it a three-star rating because for my multi-night stay, on the first night, they gave me an interior room that was very dark. It was too late to do anything about it, so I had to contact Trip.com to get a room change for the second night. I'm not satisfied with that.

The most perfect hotel in the most perfect location. Every single staff member extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Rooms and general hotel facilities impeccably clean. Location perfect - 10 min walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc. Key tube stations Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Holborn & Charing Cross all less than a 10 min walk from hotel. Will definitely be back!
