The environment around the hotel is very quiet, there are subway and bus stops nearby, the room facilities are in place, the service staff is warm and patient, the service attitude is satisfactory, especially Raizy(Staff of the hotel) was very prompt in helping me when I needed it.

The room for one was small but not tiny. It was clean and I appreciated a fact that you could open the window or adjust the heating. The room was clean. The shower was good but I would have wanted the sink to be bigger so that I could wash my face in the morning without having to also have a shower. The breakfast was good providing the choice of English breakfast or continental. I would have stayed there again.

The hotel is nice for the price paid and considering location. Good location. A bit dated.

Since I booked late and the UK school term started in September, hotels in the city center weren't very cost-effective. For nearly 100 pounds, the room was less than 10 square meters, like a small Japanese hostel, with a bed, a table, and a bathroom. The bathroom itself was only about one square meter, just enough for a toilet and shower. However, the sanitation was excellent and clean.

The windows are thin but it's ok, there are not many cars at night, but the heating is good

Breakfast time is very late and it is far from the subway

Pros: good breakfast and luggage storage; Cons: very small single room and high price

I booked a family room, so it was spacious, clean, and better than expected.
