The location is very good, close to tube station and many supermarkets nearby. However, the room is not cleaned well, hair was found in the bathroom, and some dirt was on the toilet. There is no hair dryer in the room, we had to ask for one in the reception.

The hotel was extremely clean and the front-desk service was also great. The breakfast was delicious for the price (in our case, this was already included in the booking fee, but if I remember well it's around 5gbp). The location is very handy because you're close to everything (well, it's Whitechapel). If you don't know the neighborhood, please google it first to know if it suits your needs and preferences.
One detail: if you're booking a 2 single bed room, privacy is not the best due to the size of the room. The shower only has a (very transparent) glass to separate it from the room, and the toilet is next to it (with a door, luckily) so it's important to have this in mind. Other than that, the neighborhood has everything you need: local restaurants, cafés, a big Tesco Express a few meters away, etc.

Stayed 2 nights at the Ibis budget - Whitechapel. Ideal location to explore both the east and west end of London. Walking distance of Whitechapel and Aldgate East to get out. No issues with the hotel - good amenities and friendly staff. I’d stay again for sure

The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore central London. Situated right next to the East London Mosque, it’s incredibly convenient for those who wish to attend prayers.
Additionally, there are numerous Halal food options nearby, offering a variety of delicious cuisines. This made dining out very convenient and enjoyable. The hotel is also well-connected to public transportation, with several underground stations less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to travel around the city.
I arrived at the hotel earlier than the usual check-in time on Friday noon, and the staff were very accommodating. They securely stored my luggage and informed me that my room would be ready after 2 PM.
The room itself was comfortable. It provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also satisfactory, providing a good start to the day with a decent selection of food.
The combination of a convenient location and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable experience.

Exit the whitechapel underground station facing the hospital, turn right. Walk along the walkway and you will see ibis on the right across the road.
It is very convenient to find asian food nearby this hotel.
The hotel room is clean and tidy, value for money. The staff are friendly and chill. Breakfast start at 6.30am.
It is also convenient to go to the airport by using Elizabeth line at whitechapel station

The hotel itself seems to be clean enough and we got daily cleaning services and towel changes, but that basically sums up the good part of the hotel.
The neighborhood itself (Whitechapel) isn't a good one.
All the vending machines selling products with at least 200% markup.
We ordered a breakfast with our stay, which we received on the first day of the stay, but then the hotel decided that we don't have a breakfast in our order and showing them the order from the official trip.com voucher didn't help.
The hotel member that talked to us (lets call him Y), just pointed to his computer saying we don't have a breakfast in our order, and told us talk to the agency or to trip.com.
It's important to mention that there were other people around and they all looked at us while Y treated as if we were baggers or thieves who are trying to get a free 2.5£ meal.
At some point Y just started ignoring us and when we asked him why would he treat us like that he hinted that we don't speak English or that we are stupid (not sure which of the 2 he went for).
trip.com helped us swiftly and got us a refund for the breakfasts.
I would avoid this hotel if I could.

3 person in 12m2 room is not comfortable.
2 person OK.
Bathroom big, clean, good.
You can not sleep if the Window is open because too much traffic and police sirens all night. Closed Window avoids the noise very well.
Breakfast is written to be £5.80 but i paid £8.50.
Staff smily and polite.
Easy to reach town center.

It was a good trip, the hotel is close to the Whitechapel underground station and Tower Bridge. The location was good but the bathroom was really strange because the WC and the shower ware separated in both the rooms that we stayed.
