The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore central London. Situated right next to the East London Mosque, it’s incredibly convenient for those who wish to attend prayers. Additionally, there are numerous Halal food options nearby, offering a variety of delicious cuisines. This made dining out very convenient and enjoyable. The hotel is also well-connected to public transportation, with several underground stations less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to travel around the city. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the usual check-in time on Friday noon, and the staff were very accommodating. They securely stored my luggage and informed me that my room would be ready after 2 PM. The room itself was comfortable. It provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also satisfactory, providing a good start to the day with a decent selection of food. The combination of a convenient location and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable experience.

Too small… the room is too cold and it was told that the service person is coming by to check the heating up but no one came..,

The hotel itself seems to be clean enough and we got daily cleaning services and towel changes, but that basically sums up the good part of the hotel. The neighborhood itself (Whitechapel) isn't a good one. All the vending machines selling products with at least 200% markup. We ordered a breakfast with our stay, which we received on the first day of the stay, but then the hotel decided that we don't have a breakfast in our order and showing them the order from the official trip.com voucher didn't help. The hotel member that talked to us (lets call him Y), just pointed to his computer saying we don't have a breakfast in our order, and told us talk to the agency or to trip.com. It's important to mention that there were other people around and they all looked at us while Y treated as if we were baggers or thieves who are trying to get a free 2.5£ meal. At some point Y just started ignoring us and when we asked him why would he treat us like that he hinted that we don't speak English or that we are stupid (not sure which of the 2 he went for). trip.com helped us swiftly and got us a refund for the breakfasts. I would avoid this hotel if I could.

3 person in 12m2 room is not comfortable. 2 person OK. Bathroom big, clean, good. You can not sleep if the Window is open because too much traffic and police sirens all night. Closed Window avoids the noise very well. Breakfast is written to be £5.80 but i paid £8.50. Staff smily and polite. Easy to reach town center.

It was a good trip, the hotel is close to the Whitechapel underground station and Tower Bridge. The location was good but the bathroom was really strange because the WC and the shower ware separated in both the rooms that we stayed.

I will definitely come back again for my next trip to London. Though the room is small, it has a good location and the overall cleanliness is good.

The facilities are very old without updating as the pictures posted in the entrance of the hotel. The pictures are captured from other ibis hotels that seem to be looking well.

Awful hotel in the roughest part of town . Lobby filthy and reception not even on the ground floor. Felt very unsafe arriving back at the hotel late a night to just press a buzzer to be let in .. extortionate prices for a vending machine. Could not wait to get up and check out. Duvet wafer thin. Sirens on a busy road all night so got zero sleep and there were definitely homeless people living in the rooms along the corridor that were packed to the ceiling with stuff. Only positive is room was clean and it is cheaper than most rooms in London but you get what you pay for. If you’re a girl on your own do not stay here !

Conveniently located for Shoreditch. 15 min walk away. Staff were friendly. Room extremely basic. Not even a drawer to put belonging in. Very poor quality bedding. But was clean. Ok for just a place to sleep.

Ideal hotel for travelling in London. Clean room with comfortable bed, desk, tv and small clothes rail. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk from 2 underground stations with bus services to the area. Not far away from landmarks such as The Gherkin, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

I really enjoyed staying here, the location is amazing and during Ramadan it's great to see the streets buzzing after sunset with people socialising and breaking their fast. The standard room is good, all areas clean and a comfy bed. One downside was there was a bit of a smell coming from the shower drain, however it cleared when I used the shower and didn't escape into the room itself. The room is basic, but the only useful things missing really are a kettle and a hair dryer. You can make a hot drink downstairs in the restaurant area for free. I also like that you can use their microwave in the evenings to warm up a meal, which is handy when travelling on a budget. The hotel has friendly staff and amazingly little noise considering the location (just the odd siren, being so near the hospital). I was sad I could not hear a call to prayer in fact! Accor hotels loyality discount is worth a look (see QR code).

We all loved the location of the hotel, it was easy to get everywhere from it. The ONLY thing that could be better Is the size of the room, those were quite small but reasonable for the price. All in all a very solid 4/5.
