It was a basic clean room with minimal amenities eg no kettle in room. Bottled water only on day1. It wasn't convenient to keep going to level 1 to top up water. Service experience was mixed depending on the staff you encounter. Not quite value for money

As a budget hotel, it has everything you need. It's close to the station and very clean!

Convenient location especially when you’re visiting your kids studying universities there. Frontline services are excellent 😇

The room is very small, with three sides against the wall, but the design is reasonable, the space utilization is extremely high, the decoration is simple and stylish, and the picture is completely similar to the real one. The location is excellent, about 100 meters away from Goodch Street subway station, there is a small Chinese supermarket 20 meters to the right of the hotel, and there is Martha food not far to the left. It takes ten minutes to walk to the back door of the British Museum. St. Pankes Railway Station, Coventry Garden, Oxford Street, and the theater are not far away. There are few varieties of breakfast, no meat, enough to eat, and oatmeal porridge and croissants are highly recommended, very very delicious! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good. Toothbrush slippers are five pounds a set. The hair dryer is very good, even better than Mousen, and I am going to buy one. I stayed for four nights. I booked on Ctrip for the first two nights. If I booked on Ctrip for the next two nights, I would change the room. If I don’t want to bother, I will book on the hotel’s official website.

The breakfast options are very limited, only 2 types of bread, cereal and cheese. The price of this breakfast (GBP$12) is totally not worth it.

The location is next to the University of London, 3 minutes walk from Goodge subway station. The surrounding environment is convenient, but the room is very small, there is almost no room to unpack and move. It is no problem to stay for one night

The location is very convenient. The hotel provides 24-hour coffee, hot water and milk self-service, which is very considerate.

The room was quite satisfactory. The price and quality are reasonable. However, there was nothing to eat for breakfast. Coffee, orange juice, toast, croissants, yogurt, bananas, oranges, and green apples. These are really unbearable for Chinese stomachs.

Because the bed is against the wall on three sides, the gap between the bed and the wall is a little dirty, but everything else is fine, and the breakfast is also OK. It is very quiet.

Would highly recommend! Great location, easy check in process, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice lounge to relax in. Solo traveller friendly too, very safe. Lots of restaurants and bus/metro stops nearby, everything in walking distance. Good value for money too.

I needed to visit UCL Hospital — an easy 10 walk. The location is perfect for me. Fitzrovia is bustling, but not oppressively so. It helps that the weather has been ideal (sunny, 18C). The Hub is well served for transport; very near to both Goodge St and Warren St Tube stations, lots of busses. Warren St tube station is on the Victoria line, which makes it very easy to get to from Stansted Airport (Stansted Express to Tottenham Hale, then Victoria line to Warren St station, then 8 minute straight walk to Hub). Rooms are small, but very well designed. All fittings are modern and first class. Bed comfortable. Rooms very quiet. There is a pleasant lounge/lobby area, with free tea/coffee 24/7. There are food options in the hotel, but they are limited. All around the hotel area are restaurants and pubs, many open late. Staff are pleasant and efficient. No complaints.

Great location - can walk to most places (we went to Regents Park, Soho and Southbank) Lots of places to eat and drink in the area so you can avoid the more busy tourist places Rooms are small - we had the larger room - but everything you need - not keen on the frosted toilet door though Free tea and coffee all day and super helpful staff ‘Cheap’ as far as London prices go!

Welcoming and caring staff. Great new pillows so no more neck ache. Have been staying here a few times a year for the past eight years or so and always look forward to our stay. Thank you to Henry for being helpful and polite always. And thanks to the rest of the team you are all fantastic.
