Room dirty & smelly. Toilet got cockroach. Bedsheet got yellow stain. Change room 3 times but still the same.

Pls do the maintenance of aircond, water heater, cleanliness of bedsheet and blanket and upgrade the toilet. All are bad.

The bathroom is gross. Smells awful.

The location is very close to Kuching International Airport.

Good Location, next to 24H Permier Food Court that has more than 30 stalls local delight. Bed sheet is dirty, TV with NO even 1 channel can watch.

I booked a deluxe room, a triple room, with a large bed and a single bed. She said the air conditioner in that room was broken, so she changed two rooms for us. Speechless😒, super small room Bad review, bad review The bed sheets were not changed in the room, there were hair and stains on the pillows, and the bed sheets, pillowcases and quilts were not changed at all! Dirty! The faucet of the shower was broken, and most importantly, there was no water, so I couldn’t take a shower! I still used the water pipe in the toilet to take a shower😞 There was no light in one of the toilets! Are you kidding me! Scared to death The cat eye of the door was also broken and stuck together, so I couldn’t see outside! The air conditioner in one of the rooms didn’t even cool! I was so angry! Really speechless The key to the door, one key can open both rooms, how safe is it! ...Not safe😰 I don’t mind staying here at all! I advise you to quit! Clearly, they hadn’t replaced the sheets, pillowcases, or comforter! Disgusting! The shower faucet was broken, and, worse, there was no water to shower with! I had to use the toilet spray hose to shower 😞. One of the bathrooms didn’t even have a light! Are you kidding me? That was so scary. The peephole on the door was broken and taped over, so you couldn’t see outside! The air conditioner in one of the rooms wasn’t even cold! This is so frustrating, really speechless. And then, the keys – both rooms could be opened with the same key! Where’s the safety in that? It’s so unsafe 😰. Definitely not recommended! Stay away!

Lower the price of the room according to the condition of the room that is increasing over time.
