An excellent hotel in a great location! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel is located near the city centre. it is convenience to travel anywhere and to nearby shops and restaurants. I like personally is the free shuttle service to the airport.

Good location if you want restaurants and shopping its probably 20-40 mins by taxi from the night life and beach area

Superb hotel in the center of jeju. Super close to the airport for a quick ride. Free parking is nice. Outdoor pool and bar around was amazing. Right next to all the main shopping district.

Location is convenient but almost no service was provided, more like a service apartment , huge difference compare to Lotte hotel in Busan, they provided awesome hospitality over there.

Loved how easy it was to get there by bus. There are plenty of shops around, which was super convenient. Definitely recommend it for a hassle-free visit!

Perfect for what we wanted which was a quick overnight stay before a flight the following morning. Comfortable bed and hot shower! Hotel is very close to the airport and they were happy to help us with a taxi (no airport transfer was offered). Would personally prefer better quality coffee making equipment in room but that’s my only real complaint. Would stay again if needing to be close to airport!

Five minutes drive from Airport, good location. But far away from shopping zone.

The location is quite convenient, with many shops and restaurants around. Free parking and quite close to the airport, only costs around KWD 5k-6k from hotel. The room is ok size but not too spacious, housekeep was good with free bottle of water everyday. The view is nice, but quite noisy if it’s in lower floor as music from the swimming pool. Facility is not free, need to pay extra.

Let me start by saying that Jeju is a paradise. We had a wonderful time exploring the island. The Lotte Ciity hotel was the only disappointment we experienced. There was an extra fee to use the pool. On the last night asked to check out 1 hour later (1:00) the following day because we had a later flight. The lady at the front desk said there we would be a 30% room charge. After we checked out we asked if we could wait on the deck until we headed to the airport. She told us we could not sit on the deck, we could wait on a tiny bench downstairs. We tried to use a Union pay card to pay for breakfast but they couldn’t process the card so we went to the Hyatt and had a much better breakfast where we could use union pay no problem. The room was bare bones with paper cups no kettle, no tea and no coffee. Very disappointing all around.

Bathroom is a little slippery as it has a bathtub but the door only covers it halfway, there’s free shuttle service to the airport and a few other places for morning hikes or afternoon activities, the hotel is near a lot of shops so u can get food easily

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the delightful Lotte City Hotel. The hotel offer ample and spacious parking. The reception lobby was located at the 6th floor; a kind staff directed us the check-in area. The lobby was proper and offered snack and drink from vending machines. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful and attentive front desk staff. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions, ensuring I had a pleasant and convenient stay. The room was spacious and the comfortable bed and plush linens guaranteed a restful night's sleep. Unfortunately the amenities were simply with a minibar, and just a coffee bag and a tea bag. And they were only stocked with 2 paper cup. The attention to detail in the room need to be improve. Housekeeping was efficient.

Room is clean and there is a shopping mall beside it.
