The Hotel is in a great location and easy to get to. The staff are nice and the rooms clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel

Really lovely place! Stayed in a similarly priced hotel in London before, but this is a great location and so clean and lovely. Molton Brown products and a nespresso machine are a lovely touch. No breakfast, but there’s a Frankie & Benny’s about two minutes down the road that have a decent breakfast (lots more food options around, too). Also, close to Paddington station and a short walk to Hyde Park. Highly recommended ♥️

Great service by the concierge, he helped me with my suitcases up to my room. I didn't have cash to tip him but feel obliged to write this review as a thank you note for his hospitality.

Stayed one night in the Westbourne,we liked the room and the location.it’s close to the restaurants ,Hyde park, metro,although I’m quite confused about the staff at reception especially the Indian guy’s service, not only cuz his robotic voice but also the unfriendly attitude.As a fairly point hotel in London ,I’m surprised about the unwelcoming feeling in here. 酒店地理位置挺好，附近吃的玩的都很近，离帕丁顿站也只有几百米，打车什么都方便。就是从我进酒店check in那刻开始，前台印度籍服务员的态度一副“我在posh area 工作，你们爱来不来”的死样子和国内的同等级酒店没办法比。刚刚住过其他伦敦市区的酒店，天差地别！

Good location and we can cook simple breakfast in the room which is good.

Hotel staff are friendly. The room was neat and clean with a small kitchenette, microwave and basic utensils. Very close to Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations.

Very small door! It's not a hotel like Hilton. It feels like an Indian owner rented a few rooms to imitate 1HG Intercontinental and converted it. The room smells 👅 and is quite big. The toilet is a bit small and the drainage is not smooth. The location is very close. There is no restaurant in the lobby, so there is no breakfast.

Very convenient, because I have to go to the airport at night, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Boddington Station. It's next to Hyde Park. The sofa bed is quite large and comfortable. The only drawback is that the kitchen equipment is a bit old, the non-stick pans are peeling, and there is no kitchen trash can. Other than that, it's very good. The bathroom supplies are very good

Very satisfactory experience. I stayed here once before and thought it was very good. I booked this hotel again. The two rooms for me and my child can open the door like a suite. The facilities are good and very warm. The location is also good, right next to Hyde Park and close to the subway. I have a very good impression
