This hotel is absolutely terrible! First off, Atour hotels usually offer laundry service, right? But when I called the front desk, they said they didn't have time, refusing even to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer! Secondly, Atour offers platinum member supper, but they didn't even offer it or ask, claiming their system couldn't see if I was a platinum member. I've never encountered that before! On top of that, the washing machines here are ancient, like ten years old, dirty and broken, and they don't even rinse out the suds properly. You can check the filter inside the dryer; it's full of dust! The ceiling height is only 2.1 meters, so I'd advise tall people not to stay here, you'll easily hit your head!

When I checked in, they offered me breakfast for two, which I declined. After staying five days, on the fifth day they said they wanted to go downstairs for breakfast and this was their response. This is the first time I've ever seen such a response from someone like me. 👍👍👍👍👍

The experience was very poor: 1. There was no heating in the hotel upon check-in. 2. The back door to the parking lot was locked, and no one answered the bell. The elevator signs were not clearly visible (and are shared by some businesses). 3. The hotel facilities were old; there was a hole in the door of room 1711, and the floor appeared dusty in the corners. 4. The amenities did not match the price and the Atour brand; there was no smart toilet, it was an old-fashioned one, the kettle was old with worn edges, and the hairdryer had low power.

Hygiene: The worst hygiene I've ever experienced at Atour Hotel in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai area. The napkins in the restaurant were so dusty they even had bugs in them! Environment: Poor soundproofing; I could hear the people next door talking clearly. There was even construction work being done at 4 AM. Service: Very limited breakfast options. The staff were cooking wontons with their hands… Other staff were quite friendly. I just regret not staying at Ji Hotel.

本次出差入住體驗很棒，酒店地理位置好找，停車便捷。前台服務熱情，入住退房效率高；客房打掃乾淨，乾濕分離，淋浴水壓充足、出熱水快，床墊軟硬適中睡得安穩，WiFi 流暢。公共區域整潔，整體性價比在線，商務出行首選。

房間很大，床墊超級舒服，酒店環境很優美，樓下還有瑞幸咖啡，設施很齊全，離高鐵站很近，酒店員工服務態度很好，阿姨還幫忙洗衣服，很體貼，房間衞生打掃很仔細，有機會再來！
