Location is inside a mountain, nice view. I drove to this hotel, so it's okay, but if you don't drive, better not to choose this hotel, because it's not convenient for you. My son and wife both enjoy staying in this hotel, stylish and new room setting and facilities. There are water park, swimming pool and spring area inside the hotel, you will be no regret to bring your children there to have an unforgettable memory. The front desk upgraded the hot spring room, which is very good, although I didn't have time to soak in the room. It is very considerate to delay check-out until 2 o'clock. The facilities are basically new, and the public areas are very good and clean. The main feature is that there are not many people and it is comfortable. All meals are in the hotel, and the Chinese food is good. The taste of the Western food needs to be improved. My family said they will come again in the future.

I am also an old customer of Jiahua Hotel. The first time I experienced Nankunshan Jiahua Hot Spring Hotel, I felt really bad. Although the hotel has been open for two years, the room decoration smells very strong. You can smell it as soon as you enter. It is not friendly to friends with allergies. The hair dryer in the room is also rubbish. It is very difficult to dry your hair without power. The hair dryer head is also unstable. I asked the waiter to change it and he said that this hair dryer is the safest and will not explode. Some customers blow their hair for an hour and it is easy to heat up and explode. I want to ask which customer will blow their hair for an hour! ! ! The teacup for making tea in the room is not cleaned. When you open it, there are tea leaves left by the previous customer (Figure 7). In addition, the hotel should summarize and improve the quality of supporting facilities instead of finding various reasons. And the room phone is just a decoration and can't be used at all. Every time I called for service, I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel. The hotel also had a power outage, so I had to use my cell phone to light up at night... This is the first time I've encountered a power outage in a hotel like this! The hot spring pool was also perfunctory, small and not very diverse, and there was a glass swimming pool that was also very dirty. There were many people at the buffet dinner at 7 o'clock, and many ingredients were taken away and would not be served again. The same was true for the buffet breakfast. The breakfast ended at 10:30, and many things were gone by 10 o'clock, and they would not be added. There was no hot milk... In short, I had high expectations for this place, but the experience at Nankunshan Jiahua Hot Spring Hotel was very bad, and I will not come again!
