Next to a mall. Convenient for meals. And some shopping . A pity there's no public bath. Coin laundry available. . Staff service is fine. Except when I checked in. I got a lady staff coughing non stop and trying to explain to me the check in details.. she was not wearing a mask. That's not nice and I was upset. But had to cover my nose and mouth with a tissue paper. As I was caught suddenly facing a coughing staff. And didn't have time to pull out my medical.mask. Parking was convenient. Drive to the small parking space behind the hotel. And you will be guided to use the special car lift to park car. Don't need to use the public multi storey car park.next door.

The room is clean and spotless. Amenities such as face/batth towel, coffee drips, face cream etc are self-helped. We ran into issue checking in as we reserved 2 rooms for 3 pax. Somehow the reservation was confused and we had to pay additional for 3rd person. Thankfully it was resolved by Trip.

Check in was smooth and we even got a room on a high floor! There was amenities for the children as well, which was very rare and cute. Parking was very, very close, just outside of the building.

I was first allocated a room with heavy smoke even though I am a non-smoker. We booked for 2 adults, but was given a single room with just one pillow. The room is clean, although a bit old. Great view of Tsukuba when we looked out of the window. I am thankful for the view.

Came to Tsukuba to visit a friend, and booked the hotel because it was close to his home. The room was clean when I checked in, and there was no odor. The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters left from Tsukuba Express A5 exit, and there are supermarkets and shopping malls within 200 meters. The front desk staff has a translator, so it is no problem to check in without speaking Japanese. The hotel service staff is enthusiastic and the service response is also very fast. The room is cleaned every three days by default, which is not a big problem for short stays. I have a few complaints about the room hardware. First of all, the air conditioner, sometimes it can't be turned on after turning it off, and the panel shows an error, and it is fine after a while. And the wifi, when you leave the room and come back or turn off the computer and turn on the connection, you always have to wait for 5 or 6 minutes to access all websites normally. Overall, the hotel is good value for money.

The humidifier (air purifier) ​​was a little old and not very effective. In winter, the air gets dry because of the heating, so it would be nice if there was a separate small humidifier. Other than that, the quality of the facilities, breakfast, and service was quite good.

The room is OK. Japanese rooms are smaller than those in China. But the transportation is convenient, right next to the central station, TX and car are convenient

The room was very clean. The double bed room also had a massage chair. The facilities were good. Toiletries such as toothbrushes, bath towels, skin care products, and tea bags were all available at the front desk on the first floor. They were environmentally friendly and convenient. The breakfast was quite rich, with curry rice, salad, fried fish, eggs, fruits, etc. However, I would like to make a suggestion that the pillow was not very comfortable and collapsed after sleeping for a while. The quilt was also a bit short and could be further improved.
