Location is good: it's about 25 mins walk from Disneyland, and 10 mins walk from the Convention Center. Room is clean and spacious. If breakfast is included, it'll be first charged to the room and offset by credit when checking out.

Stayed here 2 nights for a visit to Knott's Berry Farm on a Friday in Oct 2024 for myself and my wife with a car rental. Stay was great, lots of parking, room was clean, shower water pressure was strong, wifi speed was sufficient for YouTube, 8 minute drive to Knott's Berry but the hotel also offers a free shuttle that you need to book ahead of time that we did not use but Uber or Lyft to the park would be cheaper than parking.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their incredible hospitality made us feel like valued guests. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's warm and genuine hospitality that truly made our stay unforgettable.

The service, specially at the restaurant was excellent. I didn't like the happy hours food but with more than 30% tip, I showed my appreciation of the excellent service from Carla (I believe it was her name but not sure). We had some problem with the entry key both days but they fix the problem very fast. They were supposed to clean thr Room the second day but they didn't. Overall it was very good and I like to give them 4.5 stars out of 5. We will go there again for sure, next time we go to LA.

the hotel is not bad, but it is not what we expected. the room was very noisy from the elevator, you could also hear the toilet flushing in the next room. About breakfast. When we booked the hotel, the photo and description indicated that the breakfast type was buffet. but when we came for breakfast we were offered only 2 dishes to choose from and that's it... even drinks were paid. There was nothing else. why deceive people? The breakfast was not tasty, there was a bone in the sausage and the pancakes were burnt. very disappointed in the hotel.

We just stay for the night,but we brought 5 big luggage and there was no one to help us to bring them down and bring them to the room

Very funny, the hotel swiped the credit card, but I couldn't find the specific person, and I didn't return the card when I left the hotel. The breakfast in the United States is usually bread, eggs, and some common fruits. If you have requirements to eat, try to bring some of your own.

The room and service is impeccable Checking in was smooth and was given a bottle of water and hot cookie (absolutely delicious)! Breakfast area is small. Unlike Asian hotels, breakfast is not buffet style and order from menu. Room doesn't have bottled water and no flask for boiling hot water. The room numbers are not in sequence and kinda confusing My room has an audible hound and this pulled my rating from 5 to 4,

Clean and convenient location for people who has a car. They don’t give you a 5 dollar gift shop voucher even if you opt in to no-room cleaning. Then, why do they advertise it?? See pic. If they stopped the service, don’t say so. Breakfast is wonderful. You are expected to pay tip.
