Checkout brushed my credit card many times! I don't know if I can return it! The little girl at the front desk has a bad service attitude! Environment: very good Facilities: a bit old, not modern Hygiene: very good Service: The front desk staff is not familiar with the work, or intentionally, brushed the pre-authorization and brushed my consumption. The room rate should have been paid on Trip.com !

I am in love with this hotel and the staff. I don't know them personally but after staying here a few times I feel the customer service is on point. The breakfast is fabulous. Everyone takes their time to greet you and make you feel comfortable; especially a lady name Regina I believe her name is who always asks how everything is or went. Super fabulous customer service on every end; cleaning staff, kitchen staff, front desk, etc. I am a happy camper!

Ample parking spaces. The hotel is on the roadside, it is easy to find when you navigate, and there is a triangle sign at the door. We booked a double bed and a suite for 3 nights, the room was not bad, and the hotel environment was okay. There is a safeway supermarket nearby and it is very convenient to buy things, and the whole town has a good environment.
