JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST HOTEL. While the hotel's facilities are adequate and its location offers acceptable proximity to the port, the poor service we experienced did not justify the significantly higher price we paid for a supposedly four-star resort. Specifically, the bidet in our assigned room was not functioning. When we reported this, a front office supervisor named Ute was demonstrably dishonest, claiming that all rooms had non-functional bidets due to a 'western style' and offering more toilet tissue as a solution. This excuse proved false when we checked several other rooms of the same type and found their bidets to be working perfectly. Upon confronting Ute with this discrepancy, she continued to deny her initial statement, offering unreasonable excuses and failing to provide any apology or resolution. It was only after escalating the issue to the Manager on duty that we were finally moved to another room with a functioning bidet. The fact that a HOTEL SUPERVISOR LIED to keep us in a room with a known issue while others were available is unacceptable. Despite the convenient location, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the substandard service and lack of transparency. There are likely other establishments in the area that offer a far superior experience for the price.

Место хорошее рядом с черепахами . Но убирают виллу очень плохо , за неделю проживания убрали 2 раза , постель поменяли 1 раз !(((( на второй раз просто стряхнули веником с постели крошки , и не поменяли . Полы вообще никогда не мыли ( на вилле было очень много сороконожек 😭 ползли ночью прям по балдахину , пожаловалась ,оперативно переселили на другую виллу , там их было поменьше но ползали . В вотс апе быстро отвечают . Вода была из душа соленой и почти не лилась , горячей не было , но я так же об этом сообщила и всё исправили на пресную , хорошую воду с хорошим напором и горячую . Не понимаю почему сразу до заселения этого было не сделать . В целом , если бы изначально хорошо убирались и всё подготовили , то я бы с удовольствием приехала в следующем году .

We stayed 5 nights with my brothers , and we loved this place ! The staff is so kind and attentive to customers, a very nice experience in this hotel that I will not forget, thank you all for everything ! 🌅

Arrived in the room and checked to see if the refrigerator was operating OK, it was not working , I informed the reception immediately and they sent their fixit man to the room who felt inside the fridge and told me it should get cold in 10 minutes , told him it was inoperable and to get a replacement ,off he went. 15 minutes later I contacted reception and a friendly man informed me that the existing fridge was OK because it was a cooler , not a freezer! They didn't know that I was a refrigeration engineer so down reception i go and informed them as to my former work status and a threat to contact the manager did they suddenly realise they couldn't ******** me, 5 minutes later i had a working fridge! Not happy with the laziness of the reception people

We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children. The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first. I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home. We originally booked 3 nights and very quickly decided to add on to our stay. Thanks so much Ren and Team for an unforgettable visit! Best, Ryan Lisha Dec Mel

Kuno Villa is relatively old, and the environment is very good. It is a traditional Indonesian-style villa. I stayed in a two-bedroom pool villa with my parents. There were frogs visiting the door at night. Breakfast was a la carte. Order it in advance in the evening and communicate the delivery time. You can choose floating breakfast, which is not the best value for money on the island, but fortunately it has local characteristics. It rained for two days on T Island. When it rains, there is a power outage. When there is a power outage, there is no Internet. It is quite wild to soak in the swimming pool and read a book. of. Facilities: Old, but very artistic, the bed is very comfortable, the fan remote control always fails haha Hygiene: Clean, but because it is a villa, there are many bugs and animals Environment: very chill, suitable for relaxing, relatively far from the party bar, quiet at night Service: The staff are very polite. After check-in, they will give you a map of the island, use bicycles for free, and can arrange snorkeling in the sea.

An unforgettable stay at an exceptional hotel! The hospitality was truly remarkable, with breathtaking views from the property. A huge thank you to Haris for his kindness and attentiveness by the pool, and to Zomi for their professionalism and the excellent service at the restaurant. The private chauffeur service for exploring the island was a real plus. The evening beach bonfire was a delightful touch. Our stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite! The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted. The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area. Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited.

I really enjoyed my experience in Anema and hope to repeat. Despite being a bit far from the airport, the staff is very friendly, very helpful and really makes you feel at home. I travelled on a honeymoon received a room upgrade, with and amazing sea view. Nice to explore the surroundings, The Hotel provides a motorcycle rental at a attractive price, the beach is great and calm. Great environment.

Before writing this review, I thought for too long about whether I should write this or not. I wish people didn't know how friendly and warm the staff at this hotel is. I wish other people didn't know how happy it is to eat a delicious breakfast while listening to the sound of birds and carriages and the sea breeze. I wish people didn't know how enjoyable it is to walk back to room with a clean and beautifully maintained garden. Above all, I hope the others don't know how fantastic it is to sit on the beach in front of the hotel and drink beer while watching the sunset. I hope that when I travel here again, people will notice what this place is good and it won't be so full that I won't be able to stay here. I was planning to stay on the Gili for two days, but stayed for two more. Although I had to give up southern Bali tour, I was able to have a happier time thanks to it. I don't want to go home. I don't want to go to work.
