That's very bad experience about this hotel i alway went to many hotel in luang prabang. My dior sunscreen it cost about 5000฿ was lost in my room i ask reception and cleaning (maid) they said that was my fault .Even i didn't put make up room tag on the door but they came in for clean. That's was very bad feeling ever.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel is how it should be. But there is always room for improvement. The breakfast is ok, but I would like to have some more bread to choose from and also ham and cheese. The bed are labelled "extra soft" but to me it's much too firm 🤷♂️

I recently stayed at Choasis in Luang Prabang, and it was truly fantastic. The hotel is brand new and the quality of everything – from the rooms to the decor – was top-notch. Located in a very peaceful part of the city, it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Francis, the manager, was amazing and went out of his way to make my stay memorable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of options, and the food from the restaurant was incredible – the Thai chef really knows how to create great flavors. I highly recommend Choasis to anyone visiting Luang Prabang!

I changed my reservation to this hotel temporarily. It was a very satisfactory reservation. The hotel is in a suitable location and very quiet. It provides shuttle buses, but you can also walk to Foreigner Street, Mount Phu Si and the night market. The room is very clean, soundproof, and well equipped. The breakfast is exquisite. This price is very satisfactory.

The hotel promised to take me to a small attraction in the hotel car. I happened to meet a Frenchman checking out that day. The hotel gave priority to the Frenchman's luggage. When he checked out, the hotel helped the Frenchman to pick up the Frenchman's luggage. Priority was given to the Frenchman. It was delayed for half an hour. I felt a kind of racial discrimination because as a Chinese passenger, I didn't help with my luggage when I checked out. The train ticket I bought was scheduled to leave at 1:30 noon. I made an appointment with the local Laotian driver to take the train at 12:30, but when I checked out and checked in the room, the hotel suddenly told me that drinks would be charged (this was not mentioned before or during the stay that drinks and potato chips would be charged extra). (This has not happened to me in the five-star hotels I stayed in before.) A few bottles of drinks and a few cans of potato chips cost 80 RMB.) And it took about 15 minutes to collect the drink fee, which delayed the prime time of taking the high-speed train at noon today. You can only change the ticket and the place you want to go. The hotel breakfast is rich, clean and the external environment is good, but the music is played from 11 am to 11 pm. Didn't take guests' feelings into consideration.

Overall, they are friendly and accommodating to requests. 📍Amenities They provide a shuttle service to downtown, so be sure to use it! It's really convenient. I didn't use the swimming pool separately, but it's a good size for families or couples to go in and play. 📍Breakfast You can eat your fill with a simple buffet + one noodle meal to order. The menu doesn't have a huge number of items, but it's generally clean and of good quality, so be sure to try the dessert.
