環境很好很舒適，我帶家人和孩子，非常愉快的體驗，藍天白雲晴空萬里的天氣，成都實在太熱了，到了瀘定以後，非常涼爽太舒服了

房間舒適，洗澡水很好，有自己的停車場，不收費，早餐也不錯哦，還有醪糟小湯圓，吃飯的餐廳外有露台，可以看到山景，就是房間的窗户有點小，感覺有點燜，離瀘定橋不遠，走路10分鐘左右。

前台人員服務非常好，周邊吃飯也很方便，距離瀘定橋廣場很近，很便捷，，房間床製品舒服，乾淨，洗護用品也很不錯，其次房間，衞生很乾凈；阿姨打掃得非常用心，房間裏的空調、熱水、網絡都很給力，各方面都不錯，酒店的隔音做的很不錯，出去玩住酒店的人都想有個好睡眠，在房間門關起來，幾乎聽不到外面的聲音，晚上睡覺感覺很安靜，外賣也是可以送到門口的

床鋪感覺清爽乾淨，睡得挺舒服的。衞生也算可以的。服務一般吧，不過感覺也不大需要服務些什麼。雖然在大街上，但是小鎮比較安靜，所以也還行，中規中矩，在小鎮上應該算不錯吧。

這家酒店還是比較滿意的，床墊和枕頭非常的舒適。入住非常的滿意。員工服務態度很好，還給我們推薦了當地的美食。衞生也是保持的很好，一塵不染的環境讓人很愉悦。

前台服務冷冰冰，感覺欠了她錢一樣，保安師傅挺不錯，房間床屏那兒很低，我敢保證100%的人躺下去頭都會撞上，面盆的出水大，淋浴也很大，不過現在面盆旁邊打開水龍頭，衣服打濕一片，因為面盆設計很低，實話實説，性價比非常低

瀘定的輕雅酒店是我住過最不滿意的一家！服務不到位，設施不完善，價格不便宜！
第一，既然你是刷卡電梯為什麼不多給一張電卡？我們川西自駕一整天舟車勞頓晚上快九點才入住，點了外賣送餐員上不來需要我親自下樓拿，給前台打電話讓他們幫忙刷下卡讓快遞員上來卻被告知“我們正忙着沒空”所以我就得拿上卡下樓，可是房間裏的人就要黑着燈沒空調的等着！
第二，凌晨三點被活活熱醒！是的，房間停電了！給前台打電話找師傅上來檢查，檢查電路的師傅抽着煙就來了，一通折騰後孩子大人都醒了，給孩子熱的喝了大半瓶礦泉水。
第三，一宿沒睡好想洗個澡精神精神趕路，洗一半發現浴室裏洗髮水是空瓶的！！我真是服了！
其他還有一些小問題我就不一一列舉了，希望可以給路過的朋友避坑吧！
（我在康定也入駐了輕雅酒店很好很好！是這家不行）
