Very convenient location with 5 mins walk to mall. Room is smart, clean and modern and we love the big bathroom of our suite, and the cosy big queen bed for a good rest. Staffs are friendly and helpful too.
Only drawback is the lift is shared with the commercial side of the building without barrier, hence safety is a concern as anyone can access the hotel guest room side.

The hotel is super accessible to shopping malls like Dennis David, Wang fujing and wanda mall. The cleaning ladies were very nice and sweet with handwritten notes for us after cleaning the room and providing us w packets of honey cos we smoke.
One of the recept lady (wearing specs, was in the night shift during our stay) is also vr nice helping us find massage places.
1 thing to note for foreigners ordering *******, some delivery guy will deliver wrongly to the office blocks which is just left of the lift

前台小姐姐和保潔小姐姐都很有耐心，服務很好，入住的房間到的時候還沒有打掃出來，前台小姐姐立刻就給換了一間，還送了手寫信和小禮物，保潔小姐姐看我喝茶，又多準備了幾袋，很喜歡洛陽這個城市，在這的幾天都很開心。房間裏有小冰箱能冷藏，衞生間也是乾濕分離的，酒店樓下就是解放路地鐵站，周圍有西工夜市、丹尼斯，公交也很多很方便，離博物館也不遠，退房還送了伴手小零食，總之性價比太高了，以後還會再來的。

房間乾淨寬敞，阿姨打掃的也比較乾淨，房間有冰箱，房 間會放四瓶水，兩張房卡。酒店位置好距離地鐵站很近， 旁邊就是應天門，打車去洛邑古城和龍門站也很方便。非 常不錯的酒店
