The hotel spaces are elegant and modern but the spa aerea and dining room we saw are really dark. also our room had no natural light, there was a wall right outside the window. in the room everything was fine but the lights are a bit weird, each time it was difficult to find the right switch to turn on or off, too many options. the pool was really relaxing, there was no one other than us at 1 pm although times to access it weren't clear. we only received one room card but being a couple of friends 2 cards would have been better. the staff was really kind to us and helped with everything (shootout to the staff member for bringing me back my spoon forgot in the dining room, still thank you so much)."
