"Staffs are friendly. They may not able to communicate in English but it does not the problem as they are willing to chat via translate tool. Room is clean and comfortable. 4 free water bottles in room and 2 cans of cola/sprite. Free breakfast. Free light meal during 20:30-21:30. Near Luoyang Longmen high speed station. You may hear some noise as the trains arrive the station. A convenience store close to the hotel. A bit far from luoyi old town but easy to take taxi/didi to it. Overall is it is very good hotel."

"I arrived at noon and was immediately upgraded to a superior king-size room with floor-to-ceiling windows. I checked in right away. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and I was given a snack as a souvenir before leaving. The room was spacious, just the style I like. There was a bar-like sink with plenty of space. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was a smart toilet. The TV was large. The hotel was also conveniently located near Xigong Street, and there was a bus stop just to the right of the entrance. Overall, the price was excellent."

I was very satisfied. I took tons of photos in the courtyard, dressed in Hanfu. The kids loved the quaint courtyard. Even after entering the hotel, they weren't confined to their rooms; they could play in the courtyard. My kids loved the swing. The king-size room was spacious and clean. If you're driving, there's free parking in the courtyard. They even gave us a lovely gift and fridge magnet when we left. Overall, the whole family loved it! Great! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel has become a popular check-in hotel with design elements (logs, linen, plants). The interior furnishings are simple and elegant, and the overall design style is indeed quite good.
The breakfast varieties are basically made of seasonal ingredients, and the cooking method is healthy and delicious.
The toiletries are attentive and sophisticated.
The only drawback is that the room was upgraded without prior communication, but it did not match the needs.

NNicDThis is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

WWeibayuThe hotel was newly opened in 2024. It is very new and clean. The stay experience is very good. The staff are friendly and provide souvenirs to the children when they leave the store, including peony flower cakes and a bottle of water. There is a laundry room, you can wash it yourself, or you can ask the staff to help wash, dry and take it out. The staff will look after you 24 hours a day. There is late-night porridge service from 9:30 to 11 p.m., and the restaurant provides clear porridge and noodles. There is a fairly small parking lot behind the building, which is very convenient. It's very close to the train station, and the street is full of food shops. There are also many barbecue and supper restaurants at night!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super new! The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The room was very very nice...the washroom had a bit of a smell in the morning but it happens sometimes in hotels in china (we've experienced it several times in the past). It wasn't anything having the fan on that couldn't solve and the fan was quiet so didn't bother us.
The bottled teas in the room taste so good! The shower had good water pressure too. One thing I have to say is atour's pillow is the best I've ever slept on that I took the pillow to the front desk and asked them what exact pillow that was so I could purchase and bring home right away. I slept so well throughout.
One night, it suddenly rained so much in Luoyang that all my clothes and shoes were drenched. I only had one pair of shoes and had to go to Shaolinsi the next day early morning...I was able to wash and dry all the clothes...and they helped find a way to dry my shoes in time too! I am sooo grateful or else I would have no idea what to do if my shoes were wet and I had 3 more days to explore.
The beef soup shop next to the hotel was also a good option for breakfast! Truly loved our stay!

GGuest UserIt’s a really cute and cosy hotel. Not a big hotel. More boutique style. And it’s close to longmen grottes. Value for money. Clean and modern. It has everything you need. The service staff was really kind and helpful. The dining service - I missed my breakfast but they tried to make a small take away for me. Totally appreciated. Henan service people are really kind. Next to the hotel there is even a massage - ask the reception. It’s decent and very clean. Perfect for after all the walking around.

KkangkangkingFruits and snacks were given to the children as soon as they entered the door. Biscuits and tea were available in the lobby. The room service level was very high. Although there was not much breakfast, it was clean and hygienic. The freshly made tofu soup made up for the regret of not having tofu soup.
There are residential areas 500 meters around, and many restaurants are open for locals to eat. The price is reasonable and the taste is good! It is suitable for friends to have a late-night snack!
If you drive to Luoyang, this hotel is a good choice. Parking is convenient and you can get on the elevated road when you go out. I just checked out the hotel in the city and changed to this one. Luoyang is good in everything, but the hotel prices increase during the tourist peak season. This hotel is okay, and the price and service are equal! The supporting room facilities are also good, and the facial cleanser is good to use. Give it a thumbs up

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the Longmen Grottoes scenic area. You can drive to Dongshan Hotel by navigation and call the hotel for a convenient electric car pick-up. I entered Longmen Grottoes twice during the day and entered the scenic area for a night tour after 4:30 pm. I bought a ticket again at 8 am the next day and there were few people in the scenic area. The breakfast was delicious. You need to go to Dongshan Hotel for lunch and dinner. The meal package of Dongshan Hotel is reasonably priced and tastes good. The room of Dongshan Longyue is very new and clean. I am satisfied!

I checked in with the mentality of giving it a try, but I didn't expect that after checking in, it was still okay, the hygiene and service were very good. The guy at the front desk was very welcoming. He helped us check in and upgraded the room for free. He also gave us a gift when we checked out. I was very happy. The hotel is conveniently located near Zhouwangcheng subway station, which can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The hotel breakfast tastes pretty good, with freshly made wontons, noodles with soybean paste, fruits, and snacks. It's a great breakfast.

Overall the hotel is very new and has no smell.
Facilities: very new, with a small degree of intelligence, and then the electric toilet is also very new and easy to use
Hygiene: The hotel is very new, so the hygiene is not to mention very good
Environment: Close to the scenic spot but not very close, just riding a shared electric car can get to the distance, this also makes the hotel environment relatively quiet, I think I sleep so lightly and sleep well
Service: The service attitude is very good, I missed breakfast, and then I went to the kitchen and I still had to eat.
Overall, the price/performance ratio is still the highest in this trip.

AAnastasia BCI have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan.
Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already.
I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.
