GGuest UserCleanliness: Tidy and spotless, the environment is quite nice. It's close to attractions and offers great value for money, highly recommended! 👍🏻 There's a small courtyard which is very cozy. The front desk staff was friendly and even walked us to the entrance of the scenic area.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in a hostel, and I specifically chose this one. Before arriving in Luoyang, a customer service representative called to confirm my booking. After adding them on WeChat, they provided detailed instructions on how to find the place.
Upon check-in, I received a super thoughtful Luoyang travel guide. They also sold various disposable travel necessities, much cheaper than outside. The common area was nice, and they even showed movies in the evening.
They could also book tours at a more affordable price, and the staff would check in on your real-time status, which was incredibly responsible.
I was a bit uncomfortable in the four-person dorm on the first night, so I upgraded to a private room on the second day. Personally, I found the vent noise a bit loud. Being sensitive to noise, I got free disposable earplugs from the front desk, which were much better than the ones I bought myself.
As a solo female traveler, I chose a hostel for safety and to save money. It turned out to be an invaluable life experience. I met wonderful people and fell in love with the city of Luoyang!

艾艾斯德齐Our stay at Qichi Riverside B&B in Luoyang was truly wonderful!
The location is great, very close to Luoyi Ancient City, and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet.
The B&B host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped us hang our clothes to dry and even lent us their phone number to order takeout 📱.
Every day, there was hot coffee and milk tea available, and before we left, they even gave us a small gift. It was full of warm hospitality ❤️.

3300052****The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!

ZZhizuibumi233The room furnishings are pretty basic, giving off more of a guesthouse vibe. Overall, it's clean enough, but the facilities are quite simple. The room overlooks the old town street, but it's relatively quiet at night. The common areas, however, are nicely decorated and clearly well-designed. If you're not in a rush, there are some good spots for taking photos inside the guesthouse. Parking is a bit tight, with only about 10 spaces, and getting into the narrow alleyway leading to the parking lot requires some serious driving skills.

DDunniuI spent six days in Henan, and lived in Zhengzhou Railway Station, Kaifeng B&B, Luoyang Longmen Station, Xinzheng Airport four places. Haiyou Hotel is the best. From environmental sanitation to the hotel hardware facilities and the service quality of the waiters are first-class. The wet and dry separation bathroom, smart toilet, oversized sink, desk and chair, and dressing shoes stool at the door are all fully furnished. And to say that the mattress is particularly comfortable, the big bed wakes up in the middle of the night, and the mattress will not affect the sleep of the people next to it. The pictures on Trip.com are all real shots.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located on Longmen Ancient Street, making it super convenient for visiting the Longmen Grottoes. The hotel itself is quite new, with a spacious and impressive ambiance. Our room was bright and clean, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, a large bathtub, and a good hairdryer. Aside from breakfast, the hotel doesn't offer other meals, and breakfast was just okay, not a lot of variety. A quick rant about the service: throughout our stay, there was no sign of the 24-hour butler service the hotel claims to offer. I like to drink tea, and there was no teapot in the room. When I asked a staff member if they could provide one for brewing tea, they told me to use the electric kettle! This kind of service isn't what I'd call enthusiastic. I could understand and accept it if they just said they genuinely didn't have one, but being brushed off like that was really frustrating.

LLangmandeshitou_LOn our last day in Luoyang, we chose this hotel mainly because the room came with a hot spring tub and a unique breakfast, which suited the kids' preferences. The hotel offers car service, but we drove ourselves so we didn't use it. The kids really enjoyed the hot spring tub in the room, which was quite a distinctive feature. It's rare to find hotels that still require a deposit these days, but this one asked for 1000 yuan. What I don't understand is what valuable items are in the room that would necessitate staff waiting at the door, ready to inspect the room even before guests have left – it felt very uncomfortable. Finally, as we were leaving, we found a small ant crawling near the pillow. It seems like the ground-floor courtyard might need better pest control measures.

GGuest UserService: 💓 The staff were very dedicated. Due to equipment failure, they arrived quickly to fix it. At first, they couldn't fix it, but later the equipment became usable. However, they were still concerned about potential malfunctions in the middle of the night, so they proactively suggested we change rooms. Thumbs up!
Facilities: 🔋 This was also quite a saga. Initially, the internet was bad, and the projector couldn't connect, but then it was fixed. Later, after returning to the room in the afternoon, all the lights couldn't be controlled by touch and wouldn't turn off, plus one light was flickering. This must have been due to the smart home system, likely a bad internet connection again, causing these issues. But we ended up changing rooms, so it's all good now~
Breakfast: 👌 Quite generous, my family really enjoyed the beef soup.
Overall, considering the environment and price during the May Day holiday in Luoyang, I personally think it was acceptable~

XXiaoya920This was my first trip to Henan. I arrived by train at 1 AM, and the hotel was right across the street from the station. I checked out the next day and forgot my charger at the hotel. The receptionist helped me mail it back. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
