The location is excellent! It's diagonally across from the Museum of the Chariots and Horses of the Son of Heaven, right next to Xigong Street, and close to the subway station. It's also a short taxi ride to all the major attractions. The hotel itself is new and very clean, the staff are polite, and the breakfast is quite good. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Luoyang.

The stay was exceptionally comfortable, with every aspect being highly satisfactory. Cleanliness was meticulous; rooms were cleaned after each guest, bedding was fluffy and clean, and the sealed bathrobes and disposable toilet seat covers conveyed reassurance. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, with no water stains or dust on the countertops or in the corners. Toiletries were neatly arranged, and common areas were regularly cleaned, making for a very comfortable stay. The ambiance was elegant, with a modern Chinese style, soft lighting, and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near both the high-speed rail and subway stations. The service was warm and genuine; check-in was quick, and a warm cup of herbal tea was offered upon arrival. The staff also provided helpful explanations of sightseeing routes, displaying a friendly and natural attitude. The facilities were new and practical, with voice-controlled smart systems throughout the room; turning lights on and off and adjusting curtains was as simple as speaking. The rooms were spacious, equipped with a Chinese tea table and a complete tea set, and the mattresses and pillows were perfectly firm. The hotel also offers free parking, a self-service laundry room, and a gym. The breakfast selection was substantial, featuring local flavors. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and was a great choice for travelers.

Open the window and gaze upon a thousand years of history, with the Luo River flowing right outside. This B&B is nestled inside Lijing Gate, a traditional courtyard of green bricks and grey tiles, offering an authentic Luoyang experience. The room was clean and elegant. The owner's hand-drawn tourist map was thoughtful and incredibly useful, and they even gifted us peony cakes as a souvenir. After exploring Shizi Street at night, I returned to the terrace to enjoy a cup of tea, watching the ancient city lights twinkle. It felt as if I was living in history itself. The location is superb, convenient for visiting Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple. It's not a cold hotel, but a warm home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Pros: 1. **Location:** The location is decent. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and the subway station is about an 8-minute walk away. 2. **Staff Service:** The staff's service attitude was good. I stayed for three days, and they asked every day if I wanted my room cleaned. Any issues I brought up were addressed promptly. 3. **Atmosphere:** The atmosphere was nice. Guests would sing karaoke and play billiards in the evening. The age range of guests was quite broad, but everyone seemed to get along well. 4. **Laundry Facilities:** The price for washing and drying was reasonable. I remember washing was 4 RMB for 50 minutes, and drying was 1 RMB for 10 minutes, which could be stacked. The dryer worked well; clothes were ready to wear afterward. There were two drying areas, one in the laundry room and another seemingly in the hallway. Cons: 1. **Poor Soundproofing:** The soundproofing was bad. The exhaust fan noise was very loud. Even though my room's fan wasn't on, the noise from other rooms would carry over – it was all luck of the draw. On the first night, it was loud all night long; I could hear it even with earplugs. The staff also started making noise around 7 AM. 2. **Pillows:** The pillows were too high and hard. The filling was also very dispersed from being used for so long, and there was only one type of pillow available. The sleeping experience was only slightly better than a hard sleeper on a green-skin train. People with neck problems should not try these pillows. 3. **Toiletries:** After using the provided toiletries, my hands peeled once they dried. This has never happened to me before. This might vary for individuals, but it's something to be aware of. 4. **Guest Behavior:** The guests were inconsistent. I encountered people who, among other things: didn't flush the toilet, especially in the mornings, which was very unappealing; were loud and inconsiderate after 11 PM; and used the washing machine improperly (e.g., washing socks). 5. **Limited Women's Laundry:** There was only one washing machine and one dryer for women. If you needed to do laundry urgently at night, it really came down to luck.

After much deliberation, I chose this hotel in Luoyang, and it's no wonder it has such rave reviews – it truly lives up to its reputation. It's located in a bustling area, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions, with a subway station right next door and even a shuttle service to and from the station. The staff, both in housekeeping and at the front desk, are incredibly responsive to almost every request. The housekeeping staff provided delightful little surprises every day; seeing that we were taking medication and wearing glasses, they proactively offered us glasses cases and pill organizers. Every day we were here, we could order various snacks and fruits for free, and there was even a late-night snack service. When we checked out, they even gave us a bag of snacks and fruits. This level of service truly makes you feel comfortable. Next time I'm in Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again!

Choosing this hotel for our Luoyang vacation was absolutely a hit, no regrets! The public hot spring baths and the infinity pool offered a fantastic experience. The butler service was excellent, and having everything from dining to accommodation and activities all in one place was super convenient. Highly recommend it for your travels and stay!

Cleanliness: Tidy and spotless, the environment is quite nice. It's close to attractions and offers great value for money, highly recommended! 👍🏻 There's a small courtyard which is very cozy. The front desk staff was friendly and even walked us to the entrance of the scenic area.

BEST STAY EVER! Long review, but a meaningful one. Hotel & Facilities: I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area. There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site! The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay. Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful. As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle: During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle. Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care. The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice. Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites! Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition. As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me. Overall: Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling. Excellent location and staff was ready to help anytime. It felt like we're staying in an ancient Chinese castle with modern amenities. Room was well sound-proofed and we could turn in early for the night even though night market was bustling with visitors. Delicious breakfast was available right before Li Jing Gate. Use Google translate to communicate with staff if you can't speak mandarin.

This was my first trip to Henan. I arrived by train at 1 AM, and the hotel was right across the street from the station. I checked out the next day and forgot my charger at the hotel.
