"The design is a delightful surprise, a rare retro gem. Everything from the hotel's exterior, lobby, and hallways to the rooms feels cohesive and visually stunning. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The room was also quite spacious. There's a bus stop right downstairs and Xigong Xiaojie, with tons of food options, is just across the street. The only issue was that the XiaoDu voice assistant was a complete pain."

Check-in was quick, and they proactively asked about my needs, thoughtfully recommending a quiet room type and clearly explaining breakfast times and elevator locations. When I later asked about parking and local sightseeing tips, the front desk patiently answered all my questions, always ready to help and handling everything with grace and thoroughness. The lobby environment is elegant, the room hygiene is top-notch, and the service quality is absolutely perfect. Definitely worth coming back!"

"The hotel's location is super convenient, great for visiting the ancient city and Tianmen. It's also right by the Muslim Quarter, where you can find amazing beef soup and local specialties. Plus, the owner (or manager, not sure if 'secretary' is a mistranslation here, but the context implies owner/manager) was incredibly kind! They not only upgraded us to a bigger room but also gave us beautiful fridge magnets when we left. It really warmed our hearts, haha. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Luoyang. And that 'lazy' sofa in the room? Perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day – so good!"

"After looking at many hotels, I finally chose Luoshen Hotel. First of all, the location is incredibly convenient. It's only a few hundred meters from Yingtiangate, so a walk to see the night view in the evening feels like a post-dinner stroll. Right across the street, you'll find famous local Luoyang delicacies. My absolute favorite was the 'Head Pot Beef Soup' paired with their beef pies – absolutely divine! The hotel is also not far from other famous attractions in Luoyang; the furthest, White Horse Temple, was only a 20-minute taxi ride.
Now, about the hotel facilities: they have everything you could possibly need, and the quality is reliable. Whatever you can think of, they've got it covered. They've prepared everything a traveler could want. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless. The separate design of the bathroom and shower room was a huge plus for our family room! The bedding was excellent too, and the pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was also surprisingly good; we couldn't hear any noise from outside or the neighboring rooms at night.
The front desk also offers a wide variety of drinks, and I particularly enjoyed their homemade coffee. The ladies at the front desk were all beautiful and enthusiastic; they were always happy to help with any requests we had. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will definitely choose Luoshen again! 😄"

The ancient city of Pavilion is adjacent to the rail crossing, and it is convenient to the Baima Temple, Erlitou attractions, or within walking distance, or boats and cars are easy to reach, no trekking, and enjoy the fun of swimming. Its ancient charm of building the river, green green, woody wind, clear garden, planting in front of the stage, the curtains are fragrant, the eyes are elegant, like living in ancient scrolls, Yiqiu. The bright windows in the room are clean, the equipment is salty, the sofa is soft, the lamp is warm, the desk is set, and the volume is hidden on the shelf. Although it is a residence of the traveler, it is suitable for the old garden. The main family is very courteous, warm and friendly, careful and thoughtful, responsive, no vulgar courtesy, and a confidant. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

EElle1996Came here for New Year's and stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel! The room was not only spacious but also had amazing panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. It was quiet and comfortable for our stay. The bathroom shower had excellent water pressure too. The location is super convenient for getting around, and they even offer free parking and a self-service laundry room. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling!

GGuest User住了三個晚上，前台給免費升級了房間，服務態度非常好。用的文旅券，一個晚上不到80塊，但房間特別大，一次性用品的質量也很好，還有浴袍，吹風筒也是可移動的，但是風力有點小，應該是卡頭髮了，想讓前台幫忙換來着，但我一直忘記了！
送的餛飩也很好吃！南方人在河南吃了五六天麪食真的有點遭不住了，喝了一碗阿姨現煮的餛飩湯，真的太舒服了！
