I came to Luoyang with two children and two elderly people, and I was lucky to choose the National Treasure Primus Hotel. The hotel has complete facilities, humanized management, and strong service awareness in all aspects, especially the administrative director Xiao Han, who came in and out to help with luggage and delivery. When we arrived at the room, as the host, we thoughtfully provided travel information and precautions. We prepared water, masks, and bows for us every day when we went out. This became part of our professionalism. In this highly competitive service field, details determine success or failure! The other service staff in the hotel are also very friendly. Cinemas and gyms are all available. Hotel accommodation became a highlight of this trip to Luoyang. The breakfast is very good, with both Chinese and Western options.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

The hotel location s is absolutely the best place in Longmen grottoes. You’ll enjoy a complimentary tea with the grottoes right in front of you! The hotel staffs are kind and accommodating. One are is the sound proofing of the room which is somewhat annoying when someone’s moving in/out of the elevator or room. Overall is best experience.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

The location is good, the housekeeper and the hotel front desk service are very considerate, and they also help to contact the Laojun Mountain itinerary, which is super good. The hardware facilities of the hotel room are very good, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are very good. The only drawback is that there is no safe in the room. The hot spring pool in winter is on the rooftop, and it is very cold outside. There is only a small pavilion. If you want to take a hot spring, it is best to book a room that can take a hot spring indoors. Maybe the hotel is too new and some drivers don’t know it. When taking a taxi, you need to contact the driver separately to drive in, otherwise you need to walk to the road side outside the compound. The room is comfortable and spacious, and there are baby clothes and toiletries in it. The service concept is very advanced

服務行業內卷就看誰更注意細節，第一次住酒店收到服務員留的便條📋貼心的給我們房間準備了艾草和泡腳桶，酒精，還有鞋子除臭劑。看到外甥女的作業本，給她留了蒸汽眼罩。酒店有接站服務，從下車的那一刻行李就有人一直幫忙拿，辦理入住等待的時候給每個人都倒了熱的檸檬水，行李準備幫忙送到房間被我婉拒送到了電梯口，房間每天還送水果和小零食，臨走的時候退房還送了當地的特產，高山玉米糝。雖然價值不高，但是很温暖，讓我一個很怕麻煩，消費幾乎不寫評價的人，忍不住要給他寫一個好評[強][強]三百多的價格住出了五星的服務
