This is really a hotel worthy of praise and recommendation. In addition to some regular services, it also provides free pick-up and drop-off stations. The service of this hotel is not just to solve the problems or requests you raise, but also to take the initiative to pay attention to what needs the guests may have. Seeing that you are wearing glasses, they will give you a lens cloth. Seeing that you like to make tea in the room, they will give you 2L of Yibao. When you are having breakfast and find that you don’t have anything to drink, they will come over and ask you if you want something to drink and then bring it to you. After checking in, they will put your ID card in a card holder and hand it to you. This hotel is really attentive to the details of the service. I have stayed in many mid- to high-end hotels, and Christine is the first one with such attentive service. The dust cover of their wine glasses says ”Specialized perfection, almost demanding”. They really do this. I am very glad that I chose Christine among so many hotels in Luoyang. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will still choose here!

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

After booking on the platform, the hotel guest relations Xiao Xu added v advance service and provided one-on-one service throughout the stay. The hotel picked up the airport on time, and Xiao Xu personally checked and confirmed the requirements for non-smoking rooms before check-in. After check-in, the room had no odor, the bathroom was clean, the air-conditioning temperature was appropriate, the front desk concierge, lobby, catering department and housekeeping department were all in place, respecting the guests' demands, without inappropriate disturbances, and the stay was satisfactory. I stayed at Ramada Luoyang Downtown for 1 night. I am really impressed by the welcoming receptionist Kiki and the room service provided during my stay here. I had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home. The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family. Without any hesitation, I would come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

I stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

Where should I begin. The hotel is fantastic. When you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and a cup of tea while finishing check-in. The room was amazing overlooking the lake. The room was huge and had a great shower and bath with great views. The stay included breakfast that had a huge variety of food and drinks. With your stay you can use the next door fitness and 50 meters swimming pool and the sauna, hot bath and showers. I would recommend staying at this hotel when staying in Luoyang!

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.
