The breakfast is very rich, and the location is also good. It is diagonally opposite the east park, so it is very convenient for shopping and travel. Next to the conference center, if there is no traffic jam to the airport, it will take half an hour to forty minutes, probably, it is a relatively long hotel.

The room was Excellent and service was good. Taj Pamodzi staff are very well coming and able to coordinate with EPICURE Signature staff with regards to bookings , checking in and out for their members. All was done on time. I would not hesitate to recommend friends, business associates to become members as well for Taj Pamodzi Hotel Epicure Signature team

Very good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic. There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies. Would definitely stay again!

I had an incredible stay at the Southern Sun Ridgeway Hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from the team! Flyness, the receptionist, was a star! She made my booking and check-in process seamless and efficient. Her warm welcome and prompt service set the tone for a fantastic stay. Special mentions to Nalwendo, the porter, who greeted me with a smile and showed me to my room with ease. Innocent from security was also very friendly and ensured my safety throughout my stay. The hotel's staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Best hotel in lusaka!! Enjoyed a wonderful night in the hotel with my girlfriend. The staff was really helpful and caring arranged us a covid test in our room even though the company they mainly use was not able to give our results in time since we had a early flight in the morning and we had a late check in they arranged us another company which let us not miss our flight. The room was super clean and modern. There is a bar/restaurant at the roof floor and a gym thats open 24 hours a day. The food was impressive and basically every detail about the hotel amazed us after struggling to reach lusaka from mazabuka.

A true 5 star experience in the city of Lusaka. Clean friendly and fine cuisine. Excellent stay all round. Attentive staff create a feeling that you are the center of their day and are a delight to be with. The quality of the room is world class. I absolutely recommend this hotel
