"Good service attitude
🚗 Transportation: Convenient to travel by car, plenty of parking spaces
🧹Hygienic: clean timely and complete supplies
🍃Environment: The surrounding environment is very quiet, the terrace bar can be seen to be lush
🔔Service: Very good attitude, warm and thoughtful"
"Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there"
"Breakfast was average and environment was ok. There is a 24-hour convenience store near the gas station next to it. It is too difficult to find a convenience store in Lusaka. In a business district, you can go to the supermarket to buy something during the day."

"I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasn’t a great one."
"Hotel has been constructed from 88 shipping containers and is fascinating. Unfortunately it was not busy during our visit and this resulted in sparse staffing and shortages at the complimentary breakfast."

Great
NNcubeThe hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good. The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean. The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.
GGuest UserThe decoration is old, but the price is OK, very safe, Chinese food is good, breakfast is delicious, domestic soy milk fritters tea eggs rice noodles noodles, Chinese taste
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay there as usual and the dinner was amazing.Only one thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom was not as clean as is usually is when I stay there.
GGuest UserThe Taj as usual didn't disappoint. It's a great venue with all the facilities that you could want. Great value when compared to other venues that don't have the range of facilities and service that you get there. Definitely top of the list when in Lusaka!
NNANNANFirst of all, the pick-up and drop-off of this hotel is based on the number of people! One person 350 gwacha, we two 700 kwacha! When I left, I went to the airport to take a taxi. One car was 350 kwacha at a time. Everyone wanted to pick up the hotel. Secondly, after the online payment of the room rate was actually deducted from the store, I always stressed that I had already paid the room rate. The front desk told me that I would not repeat the charge, but I found that I was deducted after the checkout. The refunded money has not arrived, according to the hotel, it will take a month! The list that was given to me when I left was still wrong, and I gave it to others. And the hotel does not have money change service, the restaurant is only one on the 9th floor, will not choose this one! I don't even trust Ctrip! The information given to me is completely inconsistent with the hotel! Although I have been following up to solve the big money, I have not returned!
TTravelfreeVery good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic.
There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies.
Would definitely stay again!
NNomadSDThe best thing about this hotel is its location. Literally behind the parliament fence. Which means relative peace, quiet at night and 24-hour security. The spacious green area with a swimming pool is a romantic place for breakfast, work or just doing nothing. The guest rooms are not the most outstanding, but they have everything you need these days, although without toiletries. Two rolls of paper are the maximum decoration of the bathroom. But there is a refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, table, bedside table. Live and enjoy, if you are not afraid of periodic power outages, water, Internet (usually short-term). But that's what Africa is for.
LLShero93Weird weird weird, that's how I'd describe my stay at Mika- Apparently they don't take bookings from Trip but are still on the app and have a number of reviews from people! They eventually accepted the booking and let us stay - The place resembled something from The Shining - EMPTY, quiet and eerie ! Location is good because it's near to the airport but don't stay here for any longer than needs be ! Also DO NOT book the airport transfer it is extortion ! Rather download ULENDO the app and book a taxi in advance with them! Mika were charging 300 PP - We got the taxi for 115 in total! Bed was comfortable, room was relatively clean but very meh overall - Pictured is the absolutely packed restaurant 🤭
