Offshore - the Inn Collection Group

Just returned from a lovely weekend break at this Inn/Hotel Our sea view room was well appointed,warm and very comfortable albeit a tad small the staff were very friendly and accommodating, an example of which is when the tv in our room stopped working the matter was very quickly resolved Throughout our stay the food was excellent but service was a tad slow The daytime lite bites menu was very good and the evening menu definitely catered for all tastes The bar/ dining area was very busy during the evenings with lots of walk in diners so because of this we reserved a table for 8.15pm on our second night, unfortunately when we went down to dinner that evening we found that 4 people were mid way through their meal on the table we had reserved which we found to be very disappointing and because of this we struggled to find a table to dine on Perhaps the management should prioritise dining for residents over walk ins and definitely ensure residents reserved tables are just that !!! Overall we had a great stay at The Offshore and despite the small glitch on the 2nd night we would definitely stay there again

Food is fantastic can't fault anything came last Saturday and today everything was delicious both days. Staff polite friendly and smart. Chris was very helpful and chatty a pleasure to be served by . Place was busy so that speaks for its self .

Review left on behalf of my parents.The hotel was a pleasure to stay at after staying at a neighbouring one in the chain. Staff couldn't do enough for you and the food was delicious. Our only downfall was we wished we could have stayed longer but will definitely come back. Thanks to chris who always went out of his way to check we were OK.

A lovely place. With lovely staff. Just a shame about the duty management that wouldn’t engage and always directed you to a member of staff that was already busy, whilst they looked on.

Lovely room as usual but the weekend was let down by very long delays with the evening meal, ordered at 7.30pm and arrived at just before 9pm which wasn't a great end to a nice day. Breakfast.... Website states ends at 11 am, room card holder stated 10.30am. Arrived down at 9.55 am to find all the breakfast items had been cleared away, not even the chance of a coffee! The staff member did say he would order us a cooked breakfast and it arrived piping hot but I just wanted to check out and leave at this point. I have emailed regarding these issues but received no response, such a shame as we had some a great visit previously.

This is the third visit to this hotel and once again the Service was excellent. The location provides easy access to the Town and is ideal for a coastal walk along to Lytham or take the Bus if it’s too much. The Staff are first class and nothing is too much for them. On this occasion our room was rather small and could have done wit some Air Conditioning on such a hot day & night. Limited car parking is available on site but there is free parking in the many spaces on the adjacent side streets.
