Good value, simple rooms. Only thing is very noisy if you wanna sleep during the day, loud music from restaurant.

Near to the beach. Inside resturant have good food.

It was right in the center so it was convenient to go anywhere. There was a problem with the first room I was given, and at first I was told that it was full and I couldn't change it, but in the end I was able to change it and other than that, there were no other concerns. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.If I come to Maafushi again, I would stay there again.

The house is big, the location is easy to find, and there is a balcony. We arrived at the airport at 7pm. The boat after getting off the plane was full and we couldn't get on. We were very anxious. It was raining, so we asked the customer service who arranged the boat to help call the hotel and tell them that we wanted to take the next boat. As a result, when the boat docked, the store was already waiting on the shore, and moved our luggage into the car and took it back to the hotel.

Great small 3 star hotel. Close to Bikini Beach/Ferry port/Shops/Restaurants. Clean simple rooms with A/C. Light local breakfast from 07:30. The hotel will arrange airport pick up/ drop off if you let them know in advance on WhatsApp (50$ return). Daily cleaning. Good choice over all. Some rooms have a balcony (very small) Expect some noice from constrution work all over Maafushi.

I stayed at the WhiteShell Island Hotel & Spa in Maafushi, Maldives in October 2023 for 2 nights, and I had a terrible experience. When I arrived at the hotel, I was not given a welcome drink, even though this was promised during booking. My room was basic and clean, but it was missing some essential toiletries, such as hand soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. I had to go out and buy these myself. The bathroom was also very basic, and there was no shower curtain, so the floor would always get wet when I showered.

Masala Street (inside White Shell Hotel): The entrance looks very fancy but when you step in, it's a kind of a let down where they have a plain room with tables and chairs put together. As this restaurant is attached to White Shell Island Hotel and Spa, their menu prices are all in USD, as is the case with all such other restaurants in Maafushi Island that are tied with a hotel. On the other hand, it seems that stand alone restaurants charge in MVR. A major negative is that they charge a 4% fee on the Bill of you pay by card, which doesn't apply if you pay by cash. The moment we told that we don't have USD and were about to walk out, the person said it's ok that we pay by card and he'll waive off the 4% fee. LOL! We had ordered Veg. Kadhai and Rotis (because their tandoor wasn't operational, so we couldn't have had naan) and were pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was very much like typical Indian taste. The rotis were phulka and served piping hot adding to the good experience. We would visit again, just for the taste.

Good clean rooms, excellent location.......Mr.Chamara is a real hero! he works with great devotion and sense of responsibility when it comes to asking him to what to do and where to go....... I had a great time during my stay there for 3 nights

Old smelly hotel!!! It stinks a lot!!! It's not pleasant to be in the room!!! The furniture is old, all broken! The curtains have never been washed!!! The walls are covered in fungus! When cleaning the room, the cleaners lay out some kind of chemicals, apparently from insects, the stench is like dichlorvos! Placed everywhere and under the bed! It’s impossible to collect everything and throw it away! It's disgusting to be in the room! On the first day, I put my phone, tablet and passport in the safe, and took a photo of how it was. And when I returned in the evening I discovered that everything was different!!!! Don't put money in the safe!!! The safe is locked with a simple key, the combination lock does not work!!! There is a TV, but everything is on and it’s impossible to watch, that is, it turns out to be an unnecessary feature! They position themselves as a Spa hotel!!! But what kind of Spa? There is nothing like this, there is not even a massage therapist... Guys, don’t spare the money for a normal hotel! Don't waste your holiday!

最好的當地島嶼之一，有專門為外國人提供的比基尼海灘。雖然酒精飲料不是免費的，不過在這島上的所有東西都是半價。潛水很有趣，在潛水休息時可以看到很多海豚，許多的魚，鯊魚和魔鬼魚。如果你住在這家酒店，一次非常不錯的旅行，還有免費的獨木舟，也有廉價的海鮮自助餐！
