This hotel was in the perfect location and our room on the 9th was the best views. The breakfast served great breakfast and we ate in the avani Indian part of the kaani chain which was great. Don’t get mixed up with the sub loungers as not all are kaani. They only have 1 lift per side which did get frustrating around breakfast to wait for. The infinity pool was amazing! Staff were friendly throughout especially breakfast especially shawal and anisur.

Kaani palm beach is a great hotel with an infinity pool. Balcony views are also pretty amazing.

The hotel has arranged amazing airport pickup to the speedboat without any delay and hassle. Upon checking in at the hotel, everything was arranged and the process was very fast. We got our rooms and we are able to proceed on during our activities without further delay.

This place truly is amazingly beautiful. Loved the vibe.

A fine hotel, very clean and well organised situated only a few metres from the beach. Very reasonably priced but above this the people that work at the hotel were absolutely lovely. So helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure staying there

Very great location and close to many beach activities. Room was spacious but had a damp smell when we initially stayed there. The shower is big contains shower gel, shampoo and conditioner that is refilled for your stay. The only bad thing about booking here was that we were forced to pay $70 each for a compulsory Christmas dinner that was not worth the money we paid. Other than that it was located really close to the beach.

Mandatory New Year's Eve dinner for 90 USD. Hotel guests were offered a mandatory New Year's Eve dinner, a party with a band and a DJ. The dinner with all the entertainment was supposed to be private for hotel guests. At 9:00 PM, the dinner was interrupted and the tables were cleared. The party area was opened to everyone and a DJ came on stage. The private party became a party for employees and locals, at the expense of paying guests, who were supposed to get exclusive entertainment for 90.00 USD. Again, participation and payment for the New Year's Eve party was mandatory for hotel guests. Other people, locals and hotel employees had the party for free, at the expense of our payment. The bracelets that were given to us before dinner, for participating in the party, were suddenly no longer needed. At the end of the holiday, the hotel charged for the normal use of a 10 x 15 cm hand towel for 10 USD and a bedspread for 15 USD. Completely unfair behavior of the hotel. You don't get something like this anywhere else.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, location, and staff hospitality. However, I was quite disappointed with the food quality. The meals lacked flavour and variety, and did not meet the standards I was expecting from a hotel of this level. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving the dining experience for future guests.

AMAZING HOTEL IN AN AMAZINGV PLACE! We were gladly suprised about the hotel. The best of the hotel was defenately the people who work there, specially those people working in the restaurant that made us feel at home since day 1. The hotel is in front of the beach and the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel infrastructure is very good to; the swiming pool, the outside terrace and the dinning area. The breakfast was very good to (which was included) I recomend this hotel to everybody that might come to Maafushi

HORRIBLE!I travel a lot and i’ve never received such a bad treatment. To start with, when i arrived and asked if there was any sea view room available, the receptionist passed me to another colleague as if it was such a big deal, and he could manage the request. And later when he had to explain to me the hotel rules, he also didn’t want to do it and asked another colleague to explain them to me, the other colleague refused, so he ended up explaining the rules. I felt so bad and not welcomed.Then the power in the room kept turning off every 10 min, internet not working, i had an important meeting that i missed because of this, as they have no meeting rooms. I wanted to book a diving trip with them, i only had local cash as i exchanged money at the airport, they told me that they accept dollars or will use exchange rate of 18! When at the airport i exchanged dollar of rate of 15. They told me that this is black market rate on the whole island . I spoked to the manager he told me that they wont accept local money! I went  to another place and booked the trip without any issues and exchange at the official rate! The next day it was raining i wanted to have dinner in the hotel and couldn’t because again they only wanted dollars and said would accept local money and didn’t let me have dinner! And the last day i had to pay some tourist fees and once again they wouldn’t accept dollars! Everyday was just bad, all the team is the same. I would never recommend this place, you can book arena hotel, it next to this one, good location and hopefully nicer staff!

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast had a pretty vast spread and was pretty good. I had the seaview room, and had a nice view. They provide only 2 bottles of water everyday, which is barely enough plus that too much plastic waste. I wish they had used refillable glass bottles, and also why isnt drinking water included when the room is around $150? I also learned that they charge $12 per night for Green Tax, whereas the hotel just next to it, Arena, only charge $6. So not sure why they charge double.  I would say it's a pretty decent stay. 

Kaani Palm Beach provided us excellent service. The hotel staff also was helpful. We stayed 4 days 3 night at the hotel and there was nothing to complain. The infinity pool was fantastic! The breakfast was good but if they can serve coffee machine would be even better. Love our stay ! Make sure you book seaview room.
