Room clean and nice breakfast also good , l like that turn down service :) hotel its easy to get around from here, and just short walk there are lots of delicious local restaurants

Friendly staff, great breakfast and love the location. It is convenient to go anywhere. Was told we have been upgraded so that was nice. Gym and swimming pool were under maintenance, would be nice if pre-advised earlier please do that. A pleasant stay.

This is the 4th time visit to Macau and staying in hotel Lisboa is always my first choice in Macau. The hotel location and excellent service provided are superb! We have a surprise upgrade to Royal Tower rooms to make our stay enjoyable and wonderful. Once again we like to thank the hotel staff especially for the following teams: Front office: Mr Jason Zheng, Mr Sam Liu Concierge: Mr Alex Their service was amazing, prompt and attentive. Both the teams catered to our needed throughout the stay. We will definitely go back to Hotel Lisboa when we return to Macau.

Room is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area,staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things.We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.

Clean, comfy hotel with friendly staff. There is Lafayette below the hotel with some restaurants, movie theatre and a supermarket in the basement.  No chance to use the facilities so cannot comment on that.  The room was nice with a nice view. Although I did not take pictures of my room, the photos you see on the website does match what you get. I would stay there again.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Everything about this hotel is outstanding! The location is perfect, providing easy access to the vibrant attractions of Macau while still offering a peaceful retreat. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The dining options are fantastic, with a variety of restaurants that cater to all tastes. Each meal I enjoyed was a delightful culinary experience. However, what truly sets Artyzen Grand Lapa apart is its incredible staff. Mr. Edgar at the gym is always welcoming and helpful, while Ms. Violeta from room service ensures every request is met with a smile. The hotel reception team, including Patrick, Shaun, Jack, and Kei, consistently provide outstanding service. I also want to commend William and Tata from the security team for their professionalism and friendliness. The resort staff, Ryan and Prince, are always eager to assist, and Lily and Ruth from resort reception create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spa therapist Ayarin was also exceptional and very friendly. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home, and it's this exceptional service that keeps me returning. I highly recommend Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau to anyone looking for a remarkable stay in Macau. I can't wait for my next visit!

Many many thanks to all the staff who did their utmost to make us feel good during our stay. Everything was really perfect, from check-in to checkout. The room was spacious and well decorated for our anniversary. We particularly liked their bar and the concept they developed for cocktails. The heated pool is beautiful, but the view is a bit obscured by the hotel building on the side.

We were served by a friendly & helpful front desk staff named Oscar. Our rooms were upgraded to a room with Macau Tower view complimentary upon arrival. Hotel is located uphill so it can be a bit of a walk if you have luggages with you. There is a bus stop nearby the hotel. Hot water is consistent. All in all a comfy stay.

I was truly delighted that the staff remembered me from my last visit, which was a few years ago. Appreciate his upgrade and welcome drink and a thumbs up for his service. The only regret is my forgetfulness, and I could not recall his name. Nonetheless, I am still writing to congratulate the hotel for having a duty manager like him.

Hotel conditions is good, she locates in town center and easy to take traffic. Room is clean and tidy but not enough water supply (only 2 bottles). Bathroom is big and clean, weight scale including is good. lack of sauna room is a great missing in such 5 star hotel. the great advantage is an I-Pad control whole room facilities. Compare with Wynn Palace she seems a bit old and needs to take some renovation. I may stay again if the price is right.
